I'm used to having normal yearly eye exams but Dr. Vincze really spent a lot of time with me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my eyes and changes that are occurring. When he was done and it came time to picking out new contacts and glasses, his staff were all so accommodating and truly a pleasure to with. The office manager Sabrina informed me that the receptionist informed of the cost Sabrina was not present at our conversation so she going back and forward with me about her training them to inform patients about the cost just because she trained them doesn't mean that they can't make a mistake. I never had the test before so I didn't know about the cost. So Sabrina rudely kept arguing with me so unprofessional I will probably never go there again I felt attacked and that she was calling me a lier. Why would I lie about that? Then the very next person she was overly nice. I guess she was having a bad day and took it out on me so unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
