Very friendly and helpful staff. The eye doctor explained everything she was doing and answered any of my questions. Lenses seemed reasonably priced, selection of lenses was alittle limited, but I found plenty of pairs that interested me. Great place to do business with. read more

I have been purchasing glasses here for many years. Each time I come in, the women are friendly and helpful. Every time I've come in and come into contact with their male staff member- he is rude and curt and unwelcoming. Today I stopped in to look at glasses while I waited for my mom to join me. I walked in, and he did not even look up or say hello. I had to say hello first, to which he said hi without even looking up. I then asked how are you doing today, and he said fine without looking up. He never asked me what I needed, he just stood at the desk silently. He did not come over to offer help, or even ask. I told my mom don't even bother coming because he's making it very uncomfortable being in complete silence. Who wants to come to a place where they're ignored? When I left he didn't even look up or utter a word. I will never come here again when he is here. I've only seen one male staff member here and he is the one that I've seen. He's an older gentleman with gray hair and glasses. It's a shame that one person can not only ruin the reputation of an entire store from their interactions (or lack thereof), but can ruin an experience for someone else. My mom and I have been very excited about coming here together to shop for glasses. Now I will be taking my business elsewhere because of an employee who should not be in the customer service industry. this is regarding the eynon, pa store. I love this Pearle Vision because I got these really awesome glasses. Liz helped me when I first got them. Today I went there because my nose piece on my glasses was broken and Liz helped fix them. Thank you for that. Liz is a good employee and Pearle Vision rocks! read more
