I simply did not feel welcomed, and the entire visit felt rushed from beginning to end. I was charged two separate fees during my initial visit because I had an exam for both contacts and glasses, even though I believed these services were covered by my insurance. When I later called to make a simple adjustment/addition to my prescription, I was told I needed to come back for another eye exam--and another fee--even though I had been seen less than four months ago. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with over the phone quoted me the wrong cost for the exam, which added even more frustration and confusion to an already disappointing experience. I've already called to express my concerns and file a complaint, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. Now I'm being charged again for an eye exam within four months of my previous appointment. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service, communication, pricing information, and way this entire situation has been handled. I expected much better from an eye care provider and will not be returning.

I went in on Thursday for an eye dilation to help my eyes "adjust to the prescription" and I have worn either the glasses or contacts religiously. I am still not adjusting. I am not driving since I don't feel comfortable. I just called and they can't see me until the 22nd (dr is going on vacation) and said they will check but I might have to pay another visit fee. Is this all normal or do they just suck? The contacts are a little better distance wise but it just doesn't feel "clear". Vision is worse than before and my bank account is down $700.

After each trial, I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the doctor to be available to respond to a message and prescribe a different option. This lead to my fitting lasting nearly two months, which I find to be unacceptable.
