I've been coming here for about 5 years and have been seen by Drs. Russo, Vandiver, and W. Aston. Everyone from the doctors to the staff are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I like the option on their website that allows you to tentatively schedule your appointment with which doctor, date, and time you prefer. The appointment is finalized when they call you to confirm. The office is nicely decorated and has a welcoming vibe. There is not as many choices for eyeglasses as other places, but I love the last pair I got here! It's nice to have a regular optometrist that monitors changes in your vision and has your history to refer to. I highly recommend this office for quality vision healthcare! read more

I have been wearing contacts and glasses for 50 years. Of that 50, this has been the worst I have been treated ever. 20 years ago I had lasik so I have a hard time with my left eye focusing. After the computer analysis the dr had me in the chair making adjustments to the prescription but I could tell he was getting irritated for it taking too long. I told him that the prescription wasnt right and.he says well thats what the computer says. I pay nearly $600 cash for the contacts, eyeglasses and visit. I go back the following week to pick up my glasses and I swear I can't see anything with them. I see better without them. I was really agitated the waste of my time. I will spend my money elsewhere, maybe a doctor that will take their time to do it the right way instead of trying to herd you through like cattle. Thank you but no thank you. read more

Dr. Giammarco is one of the best ophthalmologist in Fort Worth. My sister Shirley Garcia had the experience have going there for her eyes and he gave her a very good treatment. His staff have very good customer service skills. I'd definitely recommend vision source to anyone. read more

I have several very good things to report about this office. First, let me state that it was so nice to walk in this office and hear Christian music playing. I wouldn't necessarily let this be a deciding factor in choosing an eye care professional, but it was nice to hear! I was initially helped by Mindy when I visited the practice late in the day. She took the time to sit down with me and talk to me about the previous negative experiences I have had with other ECP's and my inability to get a comfortable frame with a lens that provides exceptional vision. I have been wearing no line progressive glasses for 3 years. I have ordered and purchased 3 different frames with 3 different lens manufactures in the last 12 months. All frames were comfortable in the store, but uncomfortable after 6-8 hrs of use. All three lenses did not perform well, so they were returned. I met Lisa, the Practice Manager, on my next visit and explained my frustrations. Immediately she advised me why my glasses usually slip off my face. She began selecting a few frames for me and even put them on my face each time. I've never had anyone do that! She explained what kind of frame we needed to order and even ordered me 4 different frame options! Most places won't even order 1 frame, let alone 4! We chose a frame and selected the Varilux X Design lens with Transitions Xtra Active and Crizal Sapphire AR coating. 2 weeks later I have the best performing set of glasses I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I cannot say how grateful I am for Lisa's help, especially since I am so particular about my glasses. Our whole family has been coming here for several years. We always get in quickly, they are efficient and friendly! They are great with my children, too. One of my sons wanted contact lenses but had some trouble getting them in. The contact lens tech sat with him for AN HOUR helping him until he had success! Every time I call your secretaries are rude and short. I came to pick up and order of contacts and the girl nearly tossed me the bag and just walked away. I wasn't greeted or thanked when leaving. I would really appreciate a little more hospitality considering I CHOSE to spend my hard earned money at this facility. my vision was worse after getting my prescription filled, went back twice,and each time was told that "axis" was not correct, I disagreed , told them that perhaps my exam was done incorrectly, perhaps ,from not taking the time to throughly perform my exam, BUT, was never offerred a second exam, to check if,indeed the prescription was incorrect, SO, I had to go to another facility to get this corrected ,(@my expense) "Each patient is allotted 30 minutes for an exam," was explained by the manager, In my case, the whole exam merely took 10 minutes, hardly enough time in comparison., In conclusion, I am out 200.00 ,including the second exam, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU VALUE YOUR VISION. read more

These may be the worst group of optometrist I have ever been to. They struggled with even getting me the proper prescription and the arrogance of this office was in unbearable. They are over priced, rude and there service is awful. Example I called to express dissatisfaction and was told that my opinion does not matter I'm just a patient and if did not like it to bad. Example 2: I took my daughter for an appointment that my wife had made earlier in the day and the person said no appointment was made and my wife was mistaken. I called my wife she gave me the name of the person she scheduled appointment with and this person said my wife was lying. Great customer service. I would suggest trying somewhere else. I have been going here for years now and I had always experienced pretty good service. I love my glasses and contacts I have received from them. However, I recently discovered that the customer service and communication is not what I had expected. I tried calling to see if I could be told what my contact prescription was, but I was told the contact lady was with a patient and to leave a voicemail. I waited for about 45 minutes and never got a call back so I just told them to forget it because by that point it was too late. I have recently started working at a different optometrist's office and was wanting my medical records on file there sent to this optometrist. I gave them a signed medical release form with all of this doctor's info including fax and telephone number as well as his address and name. They said they would said the records that day. Records never sent. I called the next day and asked in the morning if they could send them over and the lady I spoke with told me she saw the form in my file and that they'd fax them that day. Again, never sent. I then emailed later that day and reminded them politely that I needed them sent and I never received a response nor a fax. I have been waiting for these records so I could get an eye exam and reminded them multiple times and been assured they'd be sent and they never were. So now it's been three extra days because they can not perform their duties correctly. This kind of customer service failure would have never happened at the office I work for. If a patient calls their request is handled immediately. I had always enjoyed this office until I really got to see how poor their customer service and communication are. I think they have great doctors, but I guess the front desk is lacking. read more
