Shalonda has been my dental hygenist for the last while and she is so, so sweet and pleasant to see. Told me that I will get a call back...but understand that is is Friday. Yes, 10:00 a.m. on a Friday morning. They expect payment before the visit is started, before your insurance company is even contacted about your planned service. Then they push care credit on you for the full service amount before insurance pays anything. If you go here be prepared to pay all expenses up front and good luck on getting it refunded.
