I strongly suggest reconsidering before ordering from this company. Refunds are not provided even if the order is never delivered, and customers are required to prove non-delivery. The refund is not very straightforward. First had to return the items, then need proof of the items (photos) with receipt/tracking, all done. At the CDA convention, sought out someone with authority (Anne) to complain about the refund and was told to call the company next business day and speak to Babak which I did. Not knowing the details of the refund (how much, etc), he said refunds are being processed and should be done in a couple of days. Couple of days passed and no refund, so called and spoke to Babak again. He said to contact him personally and we agreed to do so on WhatsApp. Still no resolution as he wants bank account numbers of the dental office and the credit card company. I asked why can't he just credit back the money on the credit card used. He said it's not the way Pearson does their refund. I told him my dentist does not give his bank account details and right now that refund is hanging in the air. Don't know if this will ever be resolved but I'm not buying from Pearson and tell all my dental office contacts the same until my refund is done. read more

Called customer service to get a shipping quote before placing the order and the woman was incredibly rude. She said customers just have to place the order not knowing what the shipping costs will be, *agreeing* to be charged whatever fees they decide. That's absolutely ridiculous. Who places an order without knowing the total cost?? Additionally, their website is also extremely outdated and frustrating to use as it kept crashing/didn't work with my Mac browser. read more

PearsonLab.com is a horrible place to shoop dental lab supplies. Their customer service is horrible. They don´t responsible to customer´s orders. I order an item, they said I need to wait maximum 2 weeks when they get the supply from manufacturer. After 2 weeks, i called them, they said they forgot to order the supply from manufacturer, so i need to wait another 2 weeks. I have to cancel my order. Totally unprofessional. They do not stand behind their products. If I could give zero stars I would. I used Amazon to order a mini massager from them, an item used by my physical therapist to reduce surgical scarring on my hand. The item did not work. Would not turn on at all. Checked that the battery was good by putting the battery in a flashlight & it worked there. First used the Amazon system to request a return but the response was that the item was not returnable. Then tried to request a refund. Response was that I could not request a refund because I had not yet requested a return. Contacted seller directly & got a canned message about how they were sorry I did not "like" the product. Told me to request a return. Warned that if product had been opened, it was not returnable & also that if I returned it for them to inspect, there would be a restocking fee. They never acknowledged that product was DEFECTIVE. I wanted either a refund or a replacement. Then they asked me to send a photo, & said they would discuss the issue with their shipping dept. I asked what they wanted me to photograph. I told them it was not a problem with a damaged product & there was nothing to see in a photo. And it was not a shipping problem. Response did not answer my question. They sent the same canned message about my not "liking" their product & how it would cost a restocking fee. Finally used Amazon's A to Z refund program and after speaking to a human at Amazon, Amazon said they would process a refund for me. Big hassle & lots of time spent in fruitless attempt to get them to either refund me or send a replacement. This is not a reputable business. read more

Don't buy supplies from this place. It's horrible. Prices are good on items like toothbrushes but the rest can be overpriced. Although I understand that there are extenuating circumstances due to the COVID-19 outbreak this company is completely unprofessional. I ordered a bunch of supplies that included some face masks. They decided to cancel my order because it included masks by sending an e-mail to me and a few dozen other customers AND THEY PUT ALL OUR EMAILS on the TO: thereby revealing customer emails to everyone. So instead of just removing the items they couldn't or didn't want to fulfill they canceled the whole order. To top it off they then decided not to accept any orders from customers who had not opened credit accounts. I've been a customer for 10 friggin years. Probably one of the smaller customers but what the hell? Good luck getting my business back. You know how negative word of mouth hurts? Let's hope you feel some pain. read more

Horrible place. Dentists beware, buy your supplies elsewhere. First, this place is expensive and the equipment and parts you receive are old or after market. Their customer service is horrible. Do NOT order from Pearson dental supply without knowing they leave it to UPS to charge you an additional fee for shipping to a residential address. My bank was charged 2x the rate of shipping on top of my order when on their website it said about half. I ordered just 3 dental burs. They don't even let you know the shipping cost like any any normal site before placing your order. They just charge you the shipping without consent. Surprise! Disappointed in this company. I placed one order and an item was back ordered for 4 months. Only got it after 4 phone calls to customer service. Placed another order, another item was backordered. Called to get a timeline on when the backorder would be filled and they stated 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later I call and they state they don't see where the item was placed, they then tell me they can put it on, but the new price has gone up by $5. Wow. Nice customer service for your mistake. P.S. The item is still backordered. I cancelled the order and will never use Pearson again.
