Called Pearwood before we moved in, thinking we use support a local guys. So no furniture; should make the job a lot easier, right? Steam carpet cleaning a 2-story (about 1900 sf) in 30 minutes. What! That's too quick. I can't even vacuum that quick. Came to find out - it's half-done. The carpet was not cleaned well, and still very wet. Next day, I called him about the carpet still very wet. Please came back to fan it dry. Called again next day to please make it dry. Two days later, we can't stand the smell of wet carpet; especially with two toddlers. Finally, he came it for ~ 30 min. We didn't care anymore after open doors to air dry it. Maybe he/owner was just having a bad day or too busy at the time. So use Pearwood at your own risk. read more

Pearwood did a good job of cleaning our carpets, but they damaged a piece of my bedroom furniture (took 2 quarter sized chunks of wood out of the side of my bed) and did not tell me about it. Since the carpet was wet, I didn't go to inspect the furniture (didn't think I would need too). Accidents happen, but not telling me about it and letting me find it a few days later is why I gave them 1 star. read more

Great service and price! They came out Tuesday to clean all 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room & hallways! Did an amazing job! Professional and honest! I had my home completely prepped before they arrived by getting everything off the floors and onto beds or moved onto tile areas so they could come right in and get started. Carpet came out beautifully clean (and its 8yr old builder grade carpet) They were efficient and fast. Took just about an hour to do the whole house! He wasn't able to get the tile as clean as we liked so he offered to come 2 days later to use a different cleaning agent. Very friendly and hard working. My tile & grout came out looking brand new. The carpet is builders grade that I've had for 10 years.
