In some rooms we went with honeycomb blackout shades, we also went with roller shades, and even a motorized skylight shade that runs on solar power. We had one hiccup where I realized the installed shades were the wrong shade and did not match the skylight. He sold us with his genuine and honest presentation, (not to mention much more competitive cost/quote) and everything panned out perfectly. As each awning is custom-made, there is a wait time of a few weeks for the delivery, but it shipped/delivered as we'd been told (actually, arrived a little early). Between the price, quality and lead time we decided to move forward. Weeks went by with little communication, no estimated install date, WE had to call to find out when they were coming out to measure again. It took a total of four months to get this door installed. And when we were finally given a day to install, they called asking if we could move it. The install was fast (within a few hours) and the crew who installed was friendly. While the door itself looks nice, the outside has these patches all around. The door itself is also tricky to open. Not pleased and would not recommend window world.
