Really friendly owners that truely care about solving your issues. I had them rebuild my shocks on my Can Am Commander and fab up a remote oil filter mount along with a few minor other issues I had. The mount was very neat and professional and he also took the time to paint it after he finished making it to prevent rust from starting because of invironment that I do my riding in. A BAD BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH!! Stay clear of this shop. They gave me a false bid, took forever to do the work, did not do the work correctly, and tried to give me a bill for WELL OVER double the quoted price ($2200). I dropped off a Suzuki LT-500 motor to be repaired. I was QUOTED that the total repair should not be over $1000. I then paid a $500 work deposit, and a couple weeks later supplied $942.15 worth of new parts for the motor rebuild and repair (I paid for and supplied the parts myself). AFTER 8+ YEARS (Yes...it took them well over 8 years!!), and visiting the shop no less than 2 dozen times to try and move the service along faster, I received a phone call stating that supposedly they were done rebuilding my motor. The shop did not call me directly, (Don Pease-owner) they called a previous business that I use to work for. Apparently, he had mis-placed the work order and did not know how to reach me. (??? I am listed in the phone book and online...my phone number has never changed). Two days later, I went to the shop and the motor was still in the process of being worked on...and NO where near being finished and not done correctly. Much to my surprise and disgust, the motor was painted an off "BLUE" color. I did NOT want my entire motor painted, nor did I ever request that it be painted some odd color. The owner then at that point put together the service bill showing approximately an additional $1200 of cost. I disputed the inflated service bill, mentioning the fact that it was ridiculous that it took this long and that the work is not yet finished, pricing was not as he previously quoted, and the work that had been completed was not fully completed correctly. I told them that they needed to correct the bill amount and complete the work properly (clear the paint off of the motor), and call me when the work is actually completed correctly, the service bill amount corrected (per the quote from the owner when the work/service was started). I left the shop completely disgusted with how I was being treated by this business and the owner (Don Pease). The owner of the shop NEVER called me to say that the work was now completed, and the bill amount has been corrected to the quoted work/service price amount. After never hearing back from the owner of the shop I confronted the owner on only to find out that he no longer had my motor. Instead, he decided to sell my engine with all of the new parts that I paid for (+ my $500 deposit) to one of his employees (the employee currently no longer works for the company). I asked about why he never called and how could he sell my motor and several extra accessory pieces that go along with the motor (parts that I paid for outside of the shop and delivered to the shop -- carburetor, intake system, piston, rings, etc. $1,200 additional cost)). The owner stated that he called me (a lie) and that I did not want the motor, He then stated to me that he called me and that I did not respond (a lie). To top off the previous two lies, he stated that he stated that he did not know how to reach me and figured I somehow abandoned the motor. My phone number has not changed during this time, and I am listed in all public publications. Unbelievably, he then went as far as to blame the fact that it took them so long to repair and re-build the motor as being my fault!! The owner/shop made MANY BAD MISTAKES and exhibited POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in dealing with me. The owner refused to refund my money or even attempt to rectify the situation in any way. He acted like he could not care any less. I previously had recommended others to go to this shop for service and parts and I now realize that that was an unfortunate mistake on my part. My feelings are now that this is a BAD SHOP...BAD OWNER...with NO MORALS... exhibiting BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. read more

I called Pcp Offroad, because I had a problem with a coolant pipe. The phone call was prompt and welcoming. No appointment was necessary, so I came in immediately. At the counter, I could tell the guy was on the phone likely, and on hold. He cancelled the call to take care of me, and that was a very pleasant surprise! They made the part usable again, in short order, and they had an awesome lab to keep me company whilst I waited. Very good experience! read more
