Whether you are an absentee owner or more "hands-on", they will work with you and provide whatever services YOU need. I have used several of the vendors they recommended for repairs and was so impressed that I have used them on my own house, as well. The vendors were professional, very responsive, and reasonably priced. The HSJVPM team is ethical, proffesional, and personable. They address all of my tenant's needs in a prompt manner. They have been very good about keeping me informed of all issues with my property and tentants.

Colonial's clubhouse has a huge dining room, dance floor, and kitchen space. I recently went for a friend's Going-Away party and there was lots of room in the kitchen for food. The party was potluck-style so we grubbed! The dining room has plenty of large circular tables that could fit at least eight people per table. Chairs were standard plastic, but not totally uncomfortable. Unfortunately, guests can't access the lobby area anymore. However, there's an outdoor patio if you need a breather. There's restrooms in the back of the building, so you have to go outside to access them. You have to go out the clubhouse's back doors and make a right towards the pool, you'll see a door to your right and go down a hallway which will lead you to roomy restrooms. A wheelchair accessible stall is available last time I checked. The clubhouse is very well-kept and allows you to stay till early evening. So don't expect to be there till midnight. We started cleaning up around 6:00pm so we left after 7-ish?

So for all u people that read this and he eighter kept ur deposit or u try to rent beware.... took me over a yr to get my money back but I did..... check cleared a few days ago.... stay clear from them bunch of scanless people that try to keep ur deposit... take them to court we all have right as renters.... dnt let them rip u off take before pics of when u move in then take pictures of u during ur painting and after for evidence that's what I did and any correspondence with them follow it up with a email for documentation.... good luck

I drove all the way down from Arizona to look at four of their properties went to their office after I had already emailed them 3 days before I came down. Wasn't like I was trying to come down from where I live and look at houses for 8 days I wanted to come down for a couple days and look at houses they made it difficult I did not want to have them show me any properties because I didn't want to give them any of my money. Don't do business with this office you'll probably end up with a bunch of headaches... I mean I know it was Hemet of all places.. we found the right company and the right home in Temecula.
