Rain of Las Vegas were the original installers of my water softener. After 15 years mine finally broke, so it's well past the warranty phase. Shawn came out and was very knowledgeable and approachable when working with me. He did his best to try and fix my water softener before the resolution became getting a new one. He also explained to me how really it's the chlorine that does certain damage like to rubber gaskets. About 9 months out of the year there is only one person in residence, so I was suggested an appropriate size tank as opposed to being upsold. For me, the price of the new units made sense. Since they already had a unit in their van, I was able to get a new water softener installed at the same time as diagnosing. They even hauled out the old one. read more
