    Hoochie Daddy at the bar
    Sara C.

Cute beer names, cool vibes, great service. The pizza looked good but we didn't get a chance to try it this time. The hoochie daddy was my favorite though all the sours were delicious. My partner got the Fjords to Valhalla and that was so smooth too. Definitely will be a destination brewery for us from now on. So yum!!

We have been to the Fort Collins location several times. This was our first time at the Windsor location. What a lovely space! Plenty of inside seating with multi-level outdoor seating. They have food on site, but we were just there for beer. We were welcomed in and got great information on the beers available from the beertender that helped us. My husband, having just brewed a bock beer recently, chose to try their bock. I am always on the lookout for the dark beers and selected the coconut stout. We were both happy with our selections. I love a good stout and this had all the malty goodness that I crave. Thoroughly enjoyed that beer. My husband enjoyed the bock and had me try it as well. Delicious! I would like to come back on a summer evening. I think that would be great.

Great spot. Bright and airy indoor space with a family-friendly outdoor area. Connected eateries, great staff, and awesome rotational beers. The "Biggest One Yet" is a super solid new offering. Definitely recommend!

Awesome swag available in house! Get your yard hat if you can!!!

Peculiar has been going through some adjustments with transitioning from Gourmet Grub to an in house kitchen. They have been working the kinks out and seem to have come together with an awesome option for local dining fare. The amount of time, effort and responses to feedback seem to be paying off! Everything from the fries to the chicken and the salad were totally on point! We are excited to have this as a part of our weekly family dinner rotation again!

Peculier Beer has an awesome atmosphere and plenty of seating! The staff is nice and the food is delicious. We got the street corn, Brussels, Mac n cheese and they were great! The street chicken taco was okay. I had the schwarzbier and it was great! You can get a flight of beer and try multiples! The 305 beer was really good and surprising! This brewery is a 4.5-5 stars!

Big outdoor patio and dog friendly!! Good beer selection. It was my first time ordering food from here and it was delicious!! The jalepeno popper burger was amazing!! I also like that you can order the food on your phone and get texts when its ready.

Peculier out of Windsor, Colorado. More than one brewery is in this town now since I lived in the vicinity!

I was impressed instantly with the beer I got from Peculier! Steve and I split the Skåndi Shåndi a shandy(but categorized as a lager on Untapped) which he too immensely enjoyed! Everything about this beer involves lemon. Lemondrop hops, lemon peel and lemon juice crystals all go into making this beer what it is. Despite all that lemon the flavor is well balanced and so easily drinkable that you will want another one very quickly. Like all(or most) shandys they are light in the ABV and it's highly easy to desire another because that's the idea behind that beer style! I can't say enough good things about this particular beer and would love to try more in the future. I am very confident that I won't be disappointed in the slightest!

We purposely avoided the grand opening of this place, having heard a LOT about it for months leading up and knowing it would be slammed. I'm so glad we missed out on the crowds, and we got to enjoy the huge indoor space with just a handful of other groups. Walking in to the high-ceilinged location, we were greeted by the properly masked beer-tender and ordered a flight of everything! While we waited, we checked out the area - artsy fans running a cool breeze around the room, rustic wood tables (hand-made by the brewer!), roll up garage doors, welded light fixtures and metal artwork spaced out on the white walls in between the windows. You can tell this building, and the interior design itself, is as about art as it is beer. Of all the NINE beers we tried (and yes, I shared this flight with my boyfriend, it wasn't all for me), the Sun is Shining - a Citra pale with candied orange, the Career Hopportunity - a double IPA clocking in at 8.1% (that dangerously does not taste like 8.1%), Fjords to Valhalla - a kellerbier made with kviek yeast and Drink Your Drink - a hazy IPA with lactose were my favorites, although there wasn't one I didn't want to finish! I ended with a pint of the Fjords to Valhalla and we grabbed a four-pack of Career Hopportunity to go, then we relaxed and played dice in the beams of sunshine streaming through the tall windows. I'm looking forward to seeing who they choose to run the currently empty kitchen they have in the brewery! Definitely a place I'll be a regular at - and a great addition to the cute town of Windsor.

Went here on 4/20/22. First time here. Looks like they are dog friendly. Big patio. They have a good concession inside the building. Good selection of food and it was good. Good selection of beer. Looks like they only have the lighter beers. Like IPAs, blondes and sours. Darkest beer they had was a doppelbock. Looks like they Can most of their beer. Had a flight of 6. Tried the cream ale, blonde, Hefeweizen, sour, Vienna lager and kellerbier. All really good. Great customer service. Very open seating. Lots of community tables. Cheers!

Such a fun place! We sat in the patio and there was ample space between tables. The beer is great too! Great flavors and recipes.

We started with the Cheese Curds - these were great, the breading on the curds had really good flavor. Would order again. For entrees we ordered; bacon avocado burger - their burgers are huge, and a lot of great flavor. Would definitely order again Cup of bison chili - chunks of bison meat in the chili and was a nice portion. The flavor is good, I'm glad I tried it and would order again. Moody blue salad - this salad was big and packed full of goodies, it was the best salad I've had in a long time. The balsamic dressing was so good, mixed with the candied pecans and blue cheese, so good! I'd come back simply for this salad. Our server was a little spread thin and had tables on opposite sides of the restaurant, so we felt a little neglected, but when he was around, service was great. Just had to wait for long periods of time for water/drink refills. Overall, glad we stumbled upon this place and will definitely come back again.

Our waitress Kaitlyn took our order @ 6:23 for a bottle of wine and a crab cake for starters. Then we ordered house soup and salad so we could get dinner quickly. The wine was good and the crab cake was good. I'm in the habit of watching people come in after me to see when they get their order. The people in front of us came in approximately 10 minutes after us, the couple beside us came in a little later and the older couple came in after them. Yes we ordered before the out three couples and they had a different waitress. Kaitlyn came by a couple times to let us know our order would be out soon. The first couple got their meal, then the couple beside us got their meal. At 7:30 the couple beside us finished their dinner and Kaitlyn came by and said again "our meal would be up soon". It's just a bowl of soup and a salad, what was so hard about our order. So we cancelled our dinner with Kaitlyn. So who is to blame for us not getting dinner? Did the kitchen staff drop the ball or Kaitlyn for not following up with them for a simple order. The ambiance was quieter than normal but service was terrible

We were offered indoor or outdoor seating and we opted for outdoors on this balmy 80-degree evening. Wife N started with a mocktail: Summer Crush. Delicious and we didn't miss the normally included liquors in the spirited version. She ordered a make it yourself burger: just the bun, patty, some ketchup and mayo. Medium. Side of fries. Her way. Burger perfect medium. Fries were crispy, above average. I ordered the Mushroom Avocado burger, also medium. Burger was juicy, flavorful, and the tempura avocados were an interesting twist on the un-fried norm. First couple bites had some crisp but mostly the avocados got soggy halfway through. Not sold on the tempura frying but the sandwich on the whole was great. Got some local draft on the side. Well taken care of, food was great, will return.

We put our name in for a table, but then my husband noticed three adjacent seats at the bar. We popped up there after letting the hostess know we no longer needed a table. My husband and I were up for a good burger. My husband chose the Bomb Diggidy this he paired with a pale ale. A cracked black pepper patty with bleu cheese, arugula, bacon, onion crisps, garlic aioli and buffalo sauce. He chose coleslaw for his side and really liked their recipe. My daughter chose the macaroni and cheese. It had four cheese sauce, cavatappi pasta, tomato, chive, spicy garlic bread. She decided to add bacon. She was happy with her choice. She even had some to take home. I was up for something different tonight. I chose the PBJ burger. A fun creation with peanut butter, bacon, roasted jalapeño, fig spread and cheddar. This was such a fun flavor combination. I had tots as my side. They were crispy outside and tender inside. It all paired well with my pint of Sad Panda. Delish! There is not much sound dampening in this space. When crowded it becomes difficult to hear conversation. There was also a gentleman performing popular songs while accompanying himself on guitar. It all mixed together to be a bit much for me. Our service at the bar was attentive, even with the crowd. Great service, great food, tasty brews.
