Always worth the stop! Their ever changing line up of delicious brews brings us back. This time I tried the Winter Wit. A witbier with cranberry, orange peel and spices. Excellent!

My husband and I have big fans of Peculier out in Windsor, but rarely get a chance to make the drive, so when we found out they were opening a new location biking distance from our house, we were thrilled! We normally try to go on a weekly basis, but given that our "weekends" are Mondays and Tuesdays, that makes it a little difficult (until they open up seven days a week? Please?), but somehow we make it work! All of our visits have been filled with wonderful banter with the incredible and knowledgable staff (Jesse and Austin have been the ones behind the bar every time we've been in), chats with the brewers who seem to always be on site working, and hanging out with Frank and Tilly the bulldogs. The beer is all spot on and clean, with a wide variety to choose from. The husband always goes for one of their many IPA options they have, and I've been on a sour kick, of which there's normally one or two available. We love the beer, love the people, and love the fact that it's a stone's throw from where we live!

Beer was very good. The atmosphere was a bit dull and drab. The beertender new his stuff and had great conversations with the patons there.

    Review Highlights - Peculier Ales

Peculier has become one of my favorite Northern Colorado breweries for top notch stouts, sours and hazy IPA's.

Nice second stop at Odell yesterday. We started with a flight, as well as splitting a can (not on…read moredraft) of the Limerado. We liked the latter enough, so we took a six-pack, priced at only $8.99, home with us. Honestly, this one may have been my favorite. As far as the flight, we both liked the Lagerado the best and each enjoyed another pint of that after finishing the flight. I also liked the Kernel Mexican lager, although we both agreed it had a bit of a weird taste. The 90 Shilling is always a safe bet. Further confirmation neither of us like pilsners, that one wasn't great, and the Old Doods stout wasn't our jam either. It was a lovely day, so we sat outdoors relatively early on a Sunday. Plenty of shady seating for us. Counter service was very friendly too. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Ft. Collins.

I generally love Odell's. They have great beer and a fantastic patio. The food trucks are usually…read morepretty good. This is my go to brewery when it is nice outside. I did take off one star because sometimes it starts to feel like a playground that serves beer. I get that parents want to be able to enjoy a beer but maybe rethink brining your kids. I have had kids toss a ball back and forth over my head - it was only a matter of time before I got hit, I asked them to move, the parents were oblivious. I wouldn't complain if I was at a park but I am at a BREWERY. Kids are screaming and running around, and that is not relaxing.
