The Jimbo ( with mushrooms only on half)

Aimee gave great service and all the food was fantastic! We tried the Brussels ( which could maybe use a touch of salt but still good), the Jimbo and tiramisu. The pizza was some of the best pizza I've had! Crust was thin and crisp on the bottom. It was full of flavor with a perfect amount of sauce. The tiramisu was soo good. We can't wait to go back and try more!

Cute little restaurant area near a golf course. Wait wasn't long, waitress was great and was happy to answer what the most popular dishes were. Drinks were refilled quickly, food took an appropriate amount of time, everything was very fresh and hot. I'll be dreaming about that Fettuchini Alfredo with shrimp forever, I think! The noodles seemed homemade, and the shrimp were huge and the garlic flavor went well with the Alfredo sauce. Most definitely coming back here!

Great place overall, however the Bartender tried to scam us for another's bar tab... Friday night we went for dinner and had drinks at the bar before our table was ready; the female bartender that Friday night rang out our bar tab, and we moved to a booth nearby for dinner. About 10 minutes later, she (bartender) came back saying my CCard didn't process and needed me re'run it. The next day we noticed two separate bar charges on the CCard; we called the manager to look into it. The manager called back later and told us the bartender had actually charged us for two separate bar tickets. As a result, the manager removed the bogus charge and comp'd us our original bar tab for any trouble. Thank you for looking into and correcting this; the food was great.

This is our first visit. The atmosphere is very pleasant and very pleasing. They have to outdoor patios both have great views of the Rocky Mountains. The only draw back is the bathroom is far away. In the back, if you have to go badly you may not make it!. We ordered the braising rib and grilled cheese sandwich along with the bread loaf. These were very good. The services was good and the food came out to our table in a reasonable time.

Place was cute, a very nice restaurant. The staff were pleasant and prompt. I ordered pizza Margherita and a beer. The crust was nice and crisp, the cheese was pretty sparse the sauce was fresh. The pizza was over pretty authentic and quite enjoyable.

The first thing is that the place was about 2/3 full and they seem pretty well staffed in the front of the house. There were 2-3 bartenders behind the bar at all times. After we ordered (2 cups of lobster bisque and bread), our server apologized and told us there was a large party in their private room and the chef was having a hard time keeping up. I can't imagine they normally only have one person preparing all of the food on a normal Saturday evening! It took no less than 45 minutes from when we ordered to get our food. Some olives or something would have been nice. My mom also had to wait 15 mins for her 2nd glass of wine. I'll tell you, we weren't going to order anything else after that! There was some really nice classical guitar music by a live musician. I tipped him on our way out. After we left, we noticed a $5 entertainment charge! Is this a norm in Colorado? I would think we would be informed upon entering if there's a cover fee or an additional charge. I would have been happy to pay it, but we should have been informed.

The bar almost resembles something you might find in a small European hotel, which may suggest they are aiming for a slightly upscale tone, though it never feels pretentious. The seating is varied, with small tables and retro chairs that seem intentionally chosen rather than bought in bulk. The spacing is better than most coffee shops, which makes it easy to settle in without feeling crowded. The back area opens up even more, and the soft drapery adds a touch of personality that appears to hint at events or just a bit of flair. The staff continues to be the standout for me. Everyone I spoke with was kind in a way that felt natural, and they knew the menu well enough to help me navigate dairy free options. I usually order the avocado toast on focaccia because it is consistently fresh. The bread looks oversized at first but is airy and soft, and the avocado and radish topping feels simple in the best way. The matcha made with water has also become a go to since it tastes smooth and well-bodied without that chalky, thin finish some places have. My partner and I visited during their Dia de Los Muertos weekend and tried a few themed items. Everything was good, and they were quick to suggest dairy free choices. Prices seem fair, even with the general bump everywhere lately. The only thing I wish they had more of is outlets. It is still a nice place to work for a couple of hours, but coming with a charged laptop helps. The overall vibe is calm with just enough energy to keep the space from feeling sleepy. It works well for coffee dates, casual catch ups, or solo work, especially for anyone who prefers a relaxed atmosphere without too much chaos.

I don't remember her name but my waitress was attentive and punctual. Ambience - This might be the reason why many people utilize this place especially if they go here with a large group of people: it's a very spacious place that can hold up to 120+ people although I don't know the max capacity. This place is (technically speaking) part of the RainDance National Golf Course so golfers (before and after their 9 or 18 holes) stream in and get food and drinks. As the name says it all this dome-looking facility is a converted grain silo. Very rustic feel and yet I saw some modern style here and there. It ended up being the perfect place for me and my friend to watch the 2026 FIFA final match between Argentina and Spain. There is a massive TV screen up above the spacious bar area as well as some small screens in several other spots. The roars that occasionally arose truly made us hyped up during the game. Food - I got me the Cobb Salad with a side of deep-fried cat fish as a protein add-on. Whereas there is nothing special about the salad I quite enjoyed the fish as it was crispy on the outside but not too crispy to the point where it was overcooked. Hence the texture of the fish inside was nice with some fluffiness. And with no greasy texture either. I could have easily gotten one more filet to make my whole meal more satisfying. So overall, despite the current low ratings, my experience wasn't bad. And yet I would love to see the whole menu change for better as it needs to have a bit of "gourmet" ingredients and items to look more appealing because like I said they only have average sports bar food.

There are tons of TVs if you're there for a game, and the outdoor area is such a great setup with views, fire pits, and plenty of seating. Inside has lots of space too, and the happy hour is definitely worth it. If I had one small note, I'd just love to see the beers rotate every once in a while since they're usually the same when we come in, but overall we'll definitely keep going back.
