I took two bikes in for service, the one I purchased from them and another I already had. I gave them a month to fix it and get parts....it took two months to even get an answer from them. I would call every two weeks to try to get an update. They would blame everything on covid and how slow it is to get parts. Everyone's excuse! Finally got the owner and he said they had spare parts at the Bedford store...after two months!! The other bike needed a new chain,they replaced it and never even bothered to adjust the gears and derailleur. So when I rode it for the first time it was constantly clicking and shifting wrong. I won't return or purchase anything off of fat Jimmy's again...

The staff is just great. Down to earth, knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely love their work. I was in desperate need of cycling shoes and they hooked me up in about five minutes. Their prices are comparable to online retailers, and slightly lower than other brick and mortar shoe stores (this is a bike shop that just so happens to carry cycling shoes). All in all, this place feels like home.
