No price on the tree but thought what the heck I might be able to rig a stand, took to the cashier she said no price has to go back to warehouse, saw the manager and thought maybe he could price it, instead he GRABBED it from me and said it had to go back to the warehouse for pricing. Wow. Merry Christmas right? BTW got a small one in a box from Goodwill for four bucks, and if they don't have a price on an item they will take it right back and price it, same with Value Village. What's up with Salvation Army not treating customers and workers with decency and respect? I used to work for them at the Youth Lodge on Howell Mill and always thought highly of them but all I gotta say is DO BETTER.

I ordered two pair of shoes from Serendipity Consignment whose website showed that they were…read morelocated in the US and had a 30 day return policy. I figured ok, it should be safe to order from. When I received the shoes, the size was much wider and longer than a standard 10.5 US. I followed the return instructions on their website and instead of allowing me to return the unused items, they offered me a 10% payout and told me I could keep the products. This made no sense to me since I told them the shoes are way too big and don't fit me. When I advised that I wanted a full refund, they sent me a Canadian return address to send them to which would cost me $40. I advised them that their return policy on their website had a Georgia home address and requested that they allow me to return them within the US so that the shipping costs were reasonable. They told me that they only accept returns to the Canadian address. I attached a copy of the return policy, email exchange and business address. This is very misleading and down right decietful. Personally I think this is fraud. They have a posted return policy that is in the US but they want you to return it to Canada. I wonder if they tell Canadians that they have to return it to the US. It seems that they are misleading customers with these antics.
