There have been a few occasions to have the bike into the service department. The team back in the service department are very good, I try to more or less schedule with some type of a "rough" appointment, and so far they have been able to return my bicycle towards the end of the week so we are able to enjoy on the weekends. For those curious about what service matters have been addressed, they are: Remove the fenders so that i can change the color, as the bike is all black, they reinstalled the fenders after powder coating. Next, a one year tune up and general service. They found the chain to be stretched. After the tune up and chain replacement, the ride really smoothed out. Last a flat tire just after the tune up. The tube was replaced in about 30 minutes or so yesterday. This bike shop takes care off the custer, and of course, the customer's bicycles. I do recommend.

I brought my bicycle here when the derailer fell off and the brakes stopped working right. When I…read moredropped it off on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 they said it would be ready on Tuesday. I told them at the service department that the bike would not shift gears going up, that the shifter only worked right when downshifting. Imagine my surprise when they text me less than three hours later saying my bike is ready. It seemed OK, they asked me to ride it in the parking lot. It was 5:50, and they closed in ten minutes. The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.

Most affordable in town. They did an awesome job with my vintage GT MTBMX cruiser build. Ended up buying a GT seat from one of the staff. Owner was very transparent and staff were all super helpful. Overall did an amazing job, friendly staff and received a lot of compliments on my bike. Donated my spare parts since they are a non profit organization and also have a free 2nd hand bike program which is amazing.

I didn't have time to shop today, was just here to return my gifts. No line at checkout and a smiling friendly Gracie greeted me. I did have a receipt, but all I really cared about was getting a store credit and coming back when I had more time to shop. Gracie was professional and did the return with no problems. I'll be back soon there's a great sales in the golf department
