I live in a 40 year old house with an original heater and a 26 year old air conditioner. When the blower on my furnace stopped working and the air conditioning stopped, I knew what that meant... purchasing an all new system. I asked a friend that had just purchased a new system who she bought her system from. She told me that she had two quotes and that Pederson HVAC was less expensive, very knowledgable, explained her options and very nice to work with. I immediated call them and they responded that day. Ken evaluated the old system and recommended a new one. I didn't want the most expensive system on the market and he didn't push it! He listened to my concerns about my older home and my thoughts about not staying more than a couple of years in this home. He contacted his office and a bid was sent out immediately. He took into consideration that I was totally without air conditioning in the hot days of summer and I was put on a faster track for installation. Ken's son, Chris, and his two crew members did an excellent job of installation. They were very concious of my light colored carpet going down the stairs with drop cloths. They worked so hard inside and outside in the extreme heat! I was able to have a wonderful new system after contacting them on a Monday by Wednesday at 6:30 PM. They stayed until the job was completed! I very much appreciated not waiting for completion until the next day business hours. I've only had the system running for 30 minutes but it is already cooling my HOT house. I very much recommend Pederson H V A C! I great family business!!!! read more
