We have been to this location multiple times for yearly wellness check ups as well as sick visits. All the providers are excellent in the quality care they provide. Overall the office and doctor visit is good but once in while the wait time takes forever. I hope they can figure that out because I personally don't think you should wait more than 15-20 minutes to see a provider. We have waited sometimes close to an hour to see a provider for our son. But overall, would recommend this office because they know how to take care of children in a great manner. read more

1 Star (If I could give 0, I would) This is the worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with, and I would never recommend sending your children here--especially if they have special needs. Both of my children have been patients here (not for much longer), and every single time I've needed something important--like a referral or documentation--it NEVER gets done. My 3-year-old son has Cerebral Palsy and chronic lung disease from being a 26-week preemie. At his appointment on 9/25, I told the doctor his medication list MUST be uploaded to the patient portal so his school nurse could administer his medication today (9/29). I also brought my daughter in on 9/27 because she wasn't feeling well, and while that doctor at least prescribed medication, the main issue with my son's medications was still not resolved. This morning (9/29) at 8 AM, I called to confirm if my son's medications were uploaded. Of course, they were not. The woman on the phone told me, "it can take up to 72 hours." I said absolutely not--I was told this would be handled on 9/25, and my son cannot wait 72 hours without medication. When I called again later, I was transferred all over the place only to be told "they are at lunch until 1:30." The staff I spoke to were dismissive and unprofessional--one man just repeated "ma'am, ma'am, ma'am" over and over as if I was yelling, when I made it clear I was upset at the situation, not him personally. This office is completely incompetent and careless. They are putting children's health at risk, and I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unhelpful they are. I am furious, and I will be taking both of my children elsewhere immediately. Do not bring your kids here--especially not if they have special medical needs. My child has been a patient there for years. We've stayed with the office, despite wait times and busy lobbies, because of one physician we loved (who has since retired) and because their online portal was very convenient - particularly when school forms are needed. They migrated their portal system about a year ago. Because of some glitch, we've not been able to access the portal despite numerous emails with their portal support team. I literally cannot get them to call me about the issue and to resolve it once and for all. If you want to be treated like a number rather than a valued customer, then this is the place for you. read more

Rebecca Lowen is an amazing professional, caring, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen. I also like the staff; they are generally kind and helpful. However, the new patient portal is very disappointing. Many documents and important information are missing compared to the old portal. Referrals and lab referrals are often not available, and even when appointments are canceled, they still show up in the system. It feels very disorganized and confusing, especially when trying to manage my child's care. I truly hope the portal issues are addressed soon, because the providers and staff deserve a system that actually works. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dania Rumbak. While my child was actively vomiting and clearly distressed, she entered the room and immediately began demanding details instead of allowing me a moment to comfort my child. Her approach lacked empathy, and consideration under the circumstances. She offered no meaningful solutions beyond immediately trying to give Zofran for the vomiting without fully understanding the situation. I asked for a nebulizer to help soothe my child, and while she agreed, she only sent in a prescription for saline and completely forgot the nebulizer itself. Since the office just closed, I had to call the on-call doctor to get what was needed. Then I was told a nebulizer could have been provided by the office directly which was never mentioned. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that added stress to an already difficult situation. I do not recommend this location. read more

Healow app to make appointments is AWFUL! Not user friendly in any way and the offices refuse to answer phones to help you. They make you leave a message instead. If a child has 2 parents and need to add the child to both parents Healow app, it won't allow it. It should NOT be this difficult to get medical care for my children. read more

Does not even have a doctor and always tried to charge for nothing not coming back again

Probably the worst pediatrician in the south Florida area. They used to be caring and used to try to help sick children. Now they out source all calls to India or somewhere in Asia or the Middle East and they don't even try to help kids get seen. I called over 4 times to get an appointment and each time, they don't have an available appointment. The purpose of a pediatric doctor is to be able to help kids who cannot always articulate their problems. Parents please AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!! They will avoid caring for your child and can only be available for well visits. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!! I am writing this review to help other parents like myself. Located in the Greens Shopping Center, Boca Pediatric Associates is purportedly been around for over 60 years. One of my neighbors recommended the practice to us, so when we needed an appointment it was the first place I looked. Making an appointment was a bit of a hassle. I had to do the new patient forms via the phone and it was time consuming and cumbersome. I also had trouble understanding the associate. Further, she was also difficult for no apparent reason, asking redundant questions and wasting my time. On the day of the appointment I was impressed with the facility. It had a cheery and kid friendly atmosphere and they even have a TV for for little ones to watch, which takes the edge off of being in a doctors office. Our appointment was with Dr. Cutler. He's a really nice doctor who I felt was trustworthy and caring. However, we had a 410pm appointment and didn't get see him until 525pm which I thought was really ridiculous. They weren't even that crowded, maybe 2 people were ahead of us. Not sure what the issue was, but I didn't enjoy waiting nor did I feel like the staff really cared much about our predicament. Overall two stars. Five for the doctor, but 1 for the office staff and 1 for them not honoring our appointment time or letting us know beforehand that they were running late. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. After a loyal customer for 7 years, this place has gone so downhill. Where to begin. 1) They were billing me and my insurance for cancelled visit. I had to call 4 times, speak with a doctor to get this corrected, and speak with my insurance company. 2) Billing me co-pays for annual well visit that should be of no charge. 3) I switched offices and the new pediatrician's office and specialists have to call me to tell me they are having a hard time getting my children's medical records from Pediatric Associates. On March 7 2022 I emailed Pediatric Associates (per their protocols) with an urgent message to get me my children's full medical records sent to my home. It has been 3 weeks and nothing. This is now hindering continued medical care for my son who has medical needs and need ongoing attention. 4) My son had a febrile seizure approx 10 hours after his MMR vaccine at Pediatric Associates. I called Pediatric Associates the next day to inform them as I wanted to speak with my doctor and book an appointment. Receptionist was pushing me to pay down my copays (which were false copays) before booking my appointment. It took 1 week later to finally get a call back from his doctor Dr Cutler, who apologized profusely and that "changes would happen"... ultimately never went to that appointment and moved to Pediatric Partners which seems more organized and compassionate. HOWEVER NO "CHANGES HAPPENED" as I'm still dealing with headaches to get my children's medical records! read more

This practice doesn't care about your child's well being and only cares about profits. They nickel and dime you for everything and greet you with "Your Copay please", instead of a hello. They perform services which have nothing to do with the reason for your visit and then balance bill you. I had a brief period where I didn't have insurance coverage and had to pay cash out of pocket. After paying the agreed upon price, they sent me another bill for $40. read more

Second we waited almost an hour to be called back then they sat me and my daughter in the back for what totaled up to be over an hour from the time I arrived for our 350 appt. I finally had enough and left, told them i was leaving as we have been here over an hour. They just said ok and went back to chatting with each other. No apology, no nothing. The worst Dr's office I have ever been to.The Dr's I think are good but it's like going to a cattle station. They are over booking patients and always make you wait over one hour. You get treated like a number and shoved in a side room. I had an appointment at 9.30 and they were running over 1 hour late. It's impossible to run an hour late at 9.30 in the morning unless you are over booking. This is just about book as many pieces of cattle in the herd and make as much money as possable. What a disgrace and poor excuse for a doctor's office. 7:50am appointment. We left after not having been seen for 50 minutes. FIRST APPOINTMENT in the morning, and we waited for 50 minutes. This is our 3rd and final time here. Each of the 2nd previous appointments, we also waited an inordinant amount of time. Not sure why it took me till now to finally write a review. An unprofessional support staff rudely ignores your pleas to be seen. The waiting room had (and always has) upwards of 20-30 patients waiting. It's impossible to judge the pediatric care when no physician or nuse treats you. There are many other great pediatricians in the Boca Raton area. We are now moving to one of them. So multiple reviews year after year talks about the nice doctors, but the ridiculously long wait. This is just a sad disservice to the staff and of course a complete and utter disregard for the customers' time. The wait time is unreasonably long. It is just not right. Please address this matter. The smoking mirrors of calling you back to the treatment rooms to wait another 45 - 1hr is just unprofessional and wrong. Why schedule appointments if you have zero chance of meeting these expectations. Just be honest and tell everyone to show up and hope for the best. At least we can manage timelines that way! Again, your wait times for both in the lobby and the in the treatment rooms are unreasonably long. Let's see what future reviews look like. read more

Toddler came in for a sick visit and was completely mis-diagnosed by Dr. Cutler. Glad I went to another nurse and doctor at Boca Regional NICU for a 2nd opinion, which was also the correct diagnosis. While some doctors like Arreaza are great and nice, it will behoove any smart family to get a second opinion! The worst thing you can do for your child is give them the prescribed antibiotics when being mis-diagnosed. read more
