Terrible. We waited for over two hours! My Daughter had a 4:10pm apt for which we were on time. The desk said we had 6 people in front of us. I had my 87-year-old Father and my 16-year-old son waiting in the car. A half-hour later I asked how long? She would not tell me and kept saying "I really don't know." and "I cannot say" I said in your experience how long? She just repeated herself. At one hour I said we will see anyone just get us out of here. Meanwhile, a child coughed away in the sick area. At one hour and a half, I said get a manager. The manager put us in the back waiting area room assuring us the doctor would be coming soon. At two hours I said "This is Junk!" get us, someone, we have been waiting for over two hours. Finally, the doctor came in. I told him they were overbooking he said "you never know how long the appointments are going to be" I said no, you are overbooking, it has been over two hours, and EVERY time I come here we wait at least an hour. To finish off this terrible experience Pediatric Associates does not offer birth control implants which is the very reason we went. The office knew we were there to discuss birth control options and the only "option" they have is the 70+-year-old remedy of taking a daily pill. Outrageous. The doctor offered to have another Doctor call us and perhaps get Pediatrics Associates to add this service. Too late! We are moving to another office. read more

This entire office is horrible with a bunch of crooks in the billing department that will charge you hundreds of dollars for nonexistent service as they call it "different levels of service". We brought sick children to Vasiliki Papadimitrio, fever, cough, everything, didn't do a thing, can't even write you a proper prescription without demanding. I started bringing my daughter to Pediatric Associates about a year ago and I am so happy I did. The doctors care about the health and well being of your child.. you want to know why you wait so long it's because they don't just rush you out, they examine your child and answer any and all questions you have. This is the worst PA location that you can ever visit. The staff is terrible, it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not your waiting time will be more than an hour. Our last visit we had Gia help us and she was very knowledge and had a great personality. She always had a smile on her face and was very helpful as new parents. Hands down the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I was given the wrong prescription (luckily I read it) then when I called to try and get it fixed they didn't send in the updated prescription. Three calls later, 4 hours of being put on hold and being called back - nothing. Do not bring your child here. Been taking my 10 year old for 8 years, love the West Boca location! They have the best after hours, and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Adam Cutler. Always quick and efficient. The office staff is friendly and our doctor, Dr. Sally Chen-Hynes is great with our girls and is not only knowledgeable but has a great way of making the girls feel comfortable. I went to PA with an emergency burn on my toddler. They were in the middle of lunch but took me in immediately. I just moved so I wasn't even an established patient yet. Dr Marcus was amazing talking to him and trying to make him feel comfortable with what he was doing. We came back daily to change the bandage and saw two other Dr's who were absolutely incredible as well. BEWARE! If you love your child seek healthcare elsewhere. The first phone call I had to wait 8 minutes after trying to call for 3 days. I spoke with Lovely who was not Lovely. She was rude, cold, and practically hung the phone up on me. We are being transferred over to this office & when I was referred to customer service, please take that name lightly, they truly do not care about you, your child or customer service. Sarah then referred me to records. She sent me an email and promised a call back. Surprise, no call back. Horrendous customer service, terrible back office. I have not encountered one person yet that has returned a phone call or acted like they actually care about my child. Do yourself and your children a favor GO Elsewhere. read more

Although we love Dr. Marcus, dealing with this location is terrible. - We almost always wait for 45 min or longer. Last we'll visit, we left after waiting over an hour with no guarantee that we'd be seen in the next hour. - I have no confidence in the medical assistants. There is a high turn over & I've found them doing things wrong on a few occasions. - Every time I've called with a question they make me come in & then the Dr says that I didn't need to come in. So they put me through all that to bill my insurance? - We've seen 4 different doctors here & they provide drastically different levels of care. So much for having a "team" that is supposed to be on the same page. read more

We have been going to this Pediatric Associates office for 11 years now. We love Dr. Reiss and always ask to see him first. We always feel like Dr. Reiss spends a lot of time with us and listens to our health concerns about our children and really cares about his patients. All of the other doctors and staff are very nice too. Whenever I call to make an appointment for my kids, they always get me in on the same day. You do sometimes have to wait for a while to see the doctor but I think this is because they take the time to listen to each patient rather than just run in and out. Both of my daughters are always very comfortable in the office and the staff is very accommodating to everyone. If I could go to them myself, I would! read more

His compassion and love for medicine really makes my son so happy about coming to the doctor. I wish I had a doctor like him growing up. We are very happy with the care of our daughters regular doctor. However, the office is run horribly. The phone either just rings or you are on hold for over thirty minutes. Our daughter had a rash and was prescribed an ointment. We finished the prescription and the rash persisted. We tried to get a refill. We are on our second day without the medication and no refill forthcoming. First, on hold for forty minutes. When someone answers, we are told to have the pharmacy call. Go to pharmacy and they call doctors office. Go back to pharmacy, two hours later. They haven't heard from doctors office. Next day, call doctors office several times. Finally get through and put on hold for thirty minutes. Initially told that pharmacy never called. Then, story changes. Oh, I will message doctor again. Still no script. Ridiculous and negligent. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Hope they fix things before they kill a child read more

Horrible experience due to wait times. My appointment is at 11:10 it's 12:00 and I'm still in the lobby with two people ahead of me! Already looking to switch because it's ridiculous! Horrible!Horrible service! The Chinese Doctor, sorry don't even remember her name, only cared about my child's insurance even though I stated a few times we are paying cash! Doc wanted to prescribe oral pills for my 7-year-old daughter since she is wetting the bed sometimes without even trying to understand what is going on with the child. The doctor didn't help at all, very disappointed in her poor experience and wouldn't trust her knowledge. The office sent me the bill later with some made-up charges that I tried to argue to pay 1st. Then they sent me the same bill a few times and then the final threatening notice that they will send my info to the collection agency if I won't pay that bill. They have a hotline to complain, but the phone representative with an Indian accent just collects your information, tells you that the claim will be processed within 5 business days and then it takes months and nothing happens. Very very disappointed in Pediatric Associates Services and will never recommend them to my friends! read more

Not really designed for younger kids. There are no toys in the waiting area and they were going to make my son wait almost an hour to see the doctor. He is two and only has an attention span for sitting still and waiting of about 30 minutes. They told me I could see another doctor so I wouldn't have to wait as long. The Doctor we did see was very nice but I think I will look for another office that is a little smaller and doesn't make me feel as though I am on an assembly line. read more

I have taken my kids to Pediatric Associates for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Cutler and Dr. Mosquera are our main doctors. They are great as well as the staff. The wait is sometimes long, but it is worth it to see good doctors! read more

I have a nonverbal child with autism and it is very hard for him to wait, especially in the waiting area. The staff has always accommodated this issue by letting us wait in the hallway or the inside waiting area. It is a small thing but it helps us get through a possibly stressful event. Now my son expects to wait in the more quiet, private area and he is much more at ease. The staff is always very willing to work with us, being flexible, and this is a must when it comes to Autism. read more

We have met with Dr. Reiss twice in the last 4 months and he's been great. My younger son got a deep cut on his head which he was able to dermabond and it healed beautifully! The next visit was just this week when my older son fell off his hoverboard and broke two bones in his arm. Dr. Reiss had us in and out, with X-rays, within an hour which is pretty good considering it was during the holidays. The staff is always courteous and while there have some occasions we've had a long wait, most of the time they try to move you quickly. read more

We've been going to Dr. Reiss and his colleagues for over 6 years and couldn't be happier with the attentiveness, professionalism, and medical care received. if it is urgent to get in, his office bends over backwards to squeeze you into the schedule that day! Dr Reiss spends as much time with us as we need--we never feel rushed or hurried. No question goes unanswered and he truly cares about his patients as seen by his bedside manner which is always gentle and reassuring to our child. Overall, the staff itself has been nice; however, you often wait at least half an hour, even if you are the first appointment after lunch (when presumably, the doctor would be back). My biggest issue right now is that they have refused to give me a referral for insurance purposes. If your child gets sick between 5 PM and 6 PM, during the time when the Boca office here is closed (5 PM) and their Urgent Care in Coral Springs (30 minutes away from where I live, by the way!) has yet to open (6 PM) and they are, thus, unable to provide care, apparently you aren't allowed to go to another Urgent Care. They will not give you a referral for insurance to cover you even if they were not open during that time because other Urgent Cares are their "competition." So keep in mind, this is a business, above all, so PARENTS, if your child is sick at 5:01, you better be willing to wait at least 59 minutes (and that's if they're running on time!) to go to THEIR Urgent Care instead of driving to the one that's close to you five or ten minutes away. read more

Unfriendly receptionist humiliated me and my daughter and didn't inform us of their office policies prior to the visit. I called for a sick visit and it was my daughter's first time there, although her younger sister had been there several times. My daughter was sick, it was her birthday of all days, and right as we were checking in, the receptionist informed us they don't see children who are medically exempt from vaccines. She was very unapologetic and insensitive to the fact that my daughter was there, standing behind me, 8 years old and sick on her birthday. When I pointed out that my younger daughter is unvaccinated too and has been seen here several times, she just said she didn't want my daughter getting their patients sick and that she had to protect the other patients. She showed absolute disregard for my daughter and the fact that she was standing there, sick. When I called to complain, one of my complaints being that my daughter felt very badly by the experience, to be turned away like that, she denied that her actions hurt my daughter by saying that she didn't address my daughter, she addressed me. The whole waiting room heard the exchange and me and my daughter left there publicly humiliated. Professional behavior would inform the new patients over the phone prior to the visit so that they don't publically humiliate anyone and waste anyone's time. Medically and religiously exempt children and adults are allowed to attend public schools and universities. I'm going to follow it through with the office manager. Once I talk to her, I'll know better their stance on professionalism and patient care and concern. Could just be this receptionist or it could be reflective of an attitude that permeates the office. I want to support professionals that are kind and caring and treat everyone with respect and dignity. read more

NOT RECOMMENDABLE. My son went to get his shots and they didn't give us any certificate. When we go back and ask for it the nurse tells us to sit down close to the check out area. 2 minutes later another nurse hustles us to go to the outside waiting area, saying that it was a newborn waiting area, because my son coughed twice (he was not sick). There was no sign that the area was for newborns. So we get the certificate as we are walking towards the waiting area and as we are going back to the car notice there is no date or signature on it. So I had to go back and ask them to complete the form. Will not be coming back and will not recommend to anyone. read more
