They have a very innovative appointment system and the staff is friendly and competent. They have a very superior patient portal to access vitals, results, and book appointments. They also text you appointment confirmations. I typically do not have to wait too long in the waiting room for our appointments. Doctors are knowledgeable, but know sometimes it feels as if you are being rushed. They see a lot of kids, and like to stick a schedule. Sometimes I have to stop the doctors and really have them listen to my concerns and push them to get them to fully understand vs. sticking to the textbook. I have had to drop a doctor in the practice and pick another one up, due to not having a chemistry with them. The good thing is you can pick and choose your doctors since there are so many in each location.

I came back with concerns of a lip tie and I was again dismissed We just got back from his 6 month well visit and I left angry and felt uncomfortable my child is exclusively breast fed when asked about sleeping my child does wake up 2 to 3 times a night with no issues I was told that I had to stop nursing to sleep, my child needed to be sleeping through the night and out in a different room of their own not in mine and had to be sleep trained. When I told her I was uncomfortable with this I was told my child would be fine the conversation was not really a conversation it was me being told what I HAD to do with my child which our family is on a less traditional route parenting wise but it was very uncomfortable I have postpartum depression and anxiety I don't feel supported by the office as a new mother should be . The NP we met with the first two times was very kind and helpful also asked questions regarding my mental health as a new mother after the second appointment everything went down hill if you are on a more traditional path with your child it would be a fine office I guess we will be looking for an office that is more supportive of my concerns and respects my wishes as a parent.

They are in the Hamilton Mill area in the same shopping center as Kohl's next to Anytime Fitness. I recommend scheduling a time online. I checked in and they helped me right away. There were also 3-4 other kids waiting in the lobby. Registration was painless and the lady at registration was very nice and caring. The nurses at triage were great and helped me since I had two little with me. After his appointment, they let me stay in the room awhile to feed him while one of the nurses came in to entertain and walk my daughter around the halls to occupy her. We were only there in and out in an hour, even with me feeding my son. Now I can't say they will always have a short wait, but highly recommend getting a time online if you can to be seen immediately.

But if you are late by just 10-20 minutes, they refuse to see you and lie, saying that the doctor is not there or has already left, even though you know he is still in the clinic. There were also cases when they wrote down a false diagnosis without any examination and refused to correct it afterward. When I asked who made such a diagnosis, they said they supposedly got that information from a third party and were not required to tell me who -- which is a complete lie, because no one else could possibly comment on my child's health. Why would they make up such nonsense? Overall, this clinic shows no care or respect for patients. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I'm not sure if they work on some rotation to cover Saturdays or what. Anyway, they came through to save the day again and prevented us from having to take our youngest to Urgent Care. Glad to have this office as a peace of mind when we need them. Great, compassionate care! Just remember you have to call at 8:30am Saturday morning to get an appointment.
