They definitely accommodate last-minute sick visits and have an answering service for after-hour calls. We definitely recommend this office if you're seeking a nice group of pediatricians.

I was really nervous for this change, but the new doctors and staff made me feel so secure about the transition and are always so helpful when I have questions. I've never left the office with more questions than answers. While I will miss Dr. Lapsker, (she was my husbands pediatrician when he was a child) I know that there is a whole team that truly cares for every single child. I also love how small the practice is, and I feel like my children get the attention they deserve. There are sick and well child waiting rooms, as well as specific times of day that certain ages get scheduled, ie: newborns only in the morning to keep the amount of exposure to their new immune systems low. The small steps they take to ensure the safety, care and happiness of each and every patient and parent is above and beyond. And any parent knows that is SO important when looking for a good doctor.

We are committed to using medication only when truly necessary." However, they would rather deny a child these excellent treatments if the parents choose not to use excessive vaccine intervention. Even the AAP encourages not denying care to unvaccinated children, as that can lead to them receiving no care at all. Further their website claims "Our office is a safe place where you will be heard, and your values respected." This doesn't apply if your values and opinions differ from theirs.

The office manager and I previously spoke and I left a google review stating how horrible the practice is for lying about patients and the office manager apologized and owned up to the practice being the problem. She insisted my kids could come back but when I calleed today suddenly they can't come back and the office manager refused to acknowledge our previous conversations. When I asked to speak to her the receptionist claimed she was in meetings all day. Funny, you just talked to her and suddenly 5 seconds later she's in a meeting, something doesn't add up. The turnover for the nurse practitioners is extremely high. Nobody cares about you there. You can never talk to the doctor, he's always busy. I was getting billed for stuff that wasn't done and stuff that was done years ago. The staff is not friendly. The last straw was my sons 6 year checkup. I waited over an hour in the room. I started to make a fuss so they send back a student...... I said no, at the very least I want to see a NP. Another 20 minutes went by and I left. The doctors and nurses are all very friendly and they genuinely care about each child that comes through. They also separate their appointment times each day so that regularly scheduled appts (kids who are not sick) are not in at the same time as kids who are sick, which helps cut down on any extra colds!
