Brought my 14 months old ( mouth full of teeth) to his first checkup today. Had an appointment at 2pm. By 2:05 I was in the office 2:10 we started with the procedure (cleaning and applied fluoride). My son isn't an easy child. He refuses for anyone to approach his mouth. They obviously know what they are doing. We got to business and were done in no time. I am so glad I picked this office. Everybody was nice and very professional. The waiting room was very nice for kids. Few books and few toys, as well as a tv with the cartoon channel. Help keeping them busy. Will definitely be back in 6 months. Thanks dr d'Alessandria and thanks to the dental assistant as well. read more

I believe that the success of attending to children is to adapt them adequately to the dental consultation, today I had a bad experience in this place since the doctor did not have the patience to speak to my son, it was direct to the treatment what made him nervous and crying, he could only say that my son needed intravenous sedation in order to be treated elsewhere. I want him to know that he took him to another place and they treated him beautifully and did everything he needed. What a disappointment !!! read more

Disgusting place. Terribly rude. Front staff is extremely rude. We were referred to him from another dentist that was seen the day prior to our daughter who needs special attention. We had X-rays done the day prior and this office was trying to force her to do X-rays again. They wanted to bill insurance for another set of X-rays and radiate our daughter for no reason. We ended up leaving after we were threatened that the police will be called if we do not take another set of X-rays. What kind of place is this. Horrible. Who wants to radiate a child 2 days in a row. Who doesn't care that the child has an autoimmune disease. The part that is insane is they wouldn't even let us see the doctor to get the opinion. He has no idea what his staff even did. If he knew I'm sure he will be contacting us back or firing the assistant at the front. read more

Absolutely wonderful. Took my toddler in to be seen after a pretty bad fall he had yesterday. They schedule a same day appointment for us which was very convenient. This office was super clean and neat. The receptionist welcomed us right away and had the biggest smile. We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called in. The dentist's assistant was really kind. She took and x-ray and was able to get my son (a 2 year old) to sit still and not be scared. The doctor walked in right away and examined my son. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He asked me to come back in two weeks to make sure that everything was looking good. I mentioned that I would bring my older son (he was with me) to be seen but that he was petrified due to a bad previous experience. The doctor turned and spoke directly to him and assured him that he was in good hands and he had nothing to be scared of. I really couldn't be happier to have found this place!!! read more

The staff and doctor do a great job at discussing everything, even taking the time to explain it to the kids So they feel more comfortable (which would probably work for other children, not mine). They have alot of patience which is great. But best part about the office is Shen, such a sweetheart, she's always smiling and in a great mood and that's the type of person you want to deal with When you walk into an office! read more

Took my daughter here for her 6 month check up and wish I didn't. The doctor talked to me like I was incompetent and said my daughter had a cavity. My gut told me something was wrong. I released the records/xrays to myself and sent them to my father in law, who is a maxillofacial oral surgeon and guess what?!? No cavity!!! As a precaution we are getting a second opinion at the dentist office I had initially wanted but wasn't accepting my insurance then and now they are. I will never go back or recommend this place. The assistant was nice but don't work with kids if you don't know how to talk with them. Work on your bedside manner, They must not have taught that when you went to school! read more

I have taken my children's to this dentist office for about 5 years now & have never had an issue. However, a woman calling to confirm my children's dentist appointment, Shenicka, has the WORST attitude. Enough to where I won't be letting my children return. She was rude to me on the phone because I wanted to reschedule my children's dentist appointments. The first appointment she offered me I didnt like she said OK, and hung up. I called back and proceeded to ask her if she hung up on me. She informed me she "didn't have to deal with me" and hung up again. I proceeded to call back, absolutely shocked at the service I was receiving. She answered the third time and I asked her if I could speak with a manager, she claimed she was the only one there and hung up on me AGAIN. The forth time I called I obviously was extremely upset she immediately picked up quickly informed me that she would have her manager "deal with me" and hung up again. This time I was calling back for nothing other than a corporate number, this girl picks up the phone yells in the phone she will call the cops for harassment and hangs up again. I Won't be calling back or ever returning. My friends who take their children there, I will also be informing of the incident so they do not return either. read more

Love this place!!! I found this dental office on google and decided to give them a try. Luckily i was able to get an appointment for the following week. Both my kids needed their check ups done and cleanings. The receptionist was very professional great attitude and super nice with my kids and i. They took us in quick and with it an hour we were done. The dentist himself was very nice and helpful with any and all questions i had. We will be going back for a couple things my daughter needs done and I'm happy to be able to take her to a place where i feel comfortable at. I recommend this dental office for anyone that's looking for patience, quick customer care and great service. 5 starts in my book! read more

I have a 10-year-old and have come to this office for the past 2-3 years. I had never had an issue until I did. Dental offices should thrive in customer service, especially when dealing with children. I made an appointment for my daughter to get her annual cleaning before COVID-19 hit and when I went to the office it was closed with a lady inside. The lady did not come to the door but just gestured for me to call the office, which I did. The lady, Shen, picked up the phone and told me that she had taken her time to call everyone the previous week in order to reschedule every appointment. When I told her that I never received the call and that I was not very happy that I didn't, she IMMEDIATELY took a hostile attitude towards me, a sarcastic tone and said that I was calling her a liar. Now, I am a single mother who is police officer working midnights. I had worked the previous night and got home at 6:30 am to sleep only about two hours in order to wake up and take my daughter to her appointment. If I would have received that call rescheduling, I would have not taken the trouble of going. My problem was not for the appointment, but the senseless attitude that Shen gave me, zero sympathy, and was a total bully to the point that I had her on speakerphone with my daughter next to me and had to take her off speakerphone because my daughter was asking me why she was talking and treating me that way. The worst part is, I NEVER gave this lady an attitude myself or did anything to instigate this type of treatment. I was just in total shock that I was being talked to this way. This is unacceptable. My daughter's father called after and she just began insulting him with profanities! He, of course, was not going to take it. A few months later, I spoke with the doctor owner and told him my problem. He apologized and said he was going to speak with Shen about it so I gave the office another chance. Funny that last week my daughter's dad was back with my daughter for another appointment and Shen had the nerve to sarcastically tell him, "Oh it's nice to finally put a face on the dad." To the owner of this place I say this, Shen should be fired and she has no business being in YOUR business. I found another place which makes us feel warm and welcome. THAT'S WHAT IT SHOULD BE ALL ABOUT. That way, one has a desire to come back. The only reason I give this place a one star is because I cannot give it zero stars. Do yourself a favor - pick another office and safe yourselves the trouble of being insulted for no reason. read more
