The reason I first came here was because I wanted a second opinion after another dentist tried to charge me an arm and a leg for something I didn't think I needed. Sure enough, coming here confirmed I was right! This place is honest, trustworthy and truly puts patients first. I fell in love after my very first visit! Every dental hygienist I've had here has been awesome, but my favorite is Brittany! She's hands down the friendliest person in the world. I love how she remembers the little things about me, even though I only see her twice a year! She always asks how work, my friends and family are doing, and even remembers my hobbies and what I do for fun. That kind of personal touch means a lot. First time they claimed I never made an appointment even though I always make one with my husband and then they still tried arguing. This last time they tried calling me less then 12 hours before my appointment telling me they had to change my time by over two hours but my husband could keep his the same so we had to go back and forth before they "called other people" and called me back less than thirty seconds later to tell me it is okay for my original time I scheduled 6 months beforehand. Other than that... this place is AMAZING. The staff here and hygienists are insanely good and thorough with their cleanings and I love how they also give me a little toothpaste to take home when I am finished! I never have to wait long when I check in! Their waiting room is rather small with a handful of chairs but it is never crowded to where I have to stand or wait outside. The place is also very clean and I like that each room has a television that they play music from so the cleanings are never quiet and awkward! Making an appointment is very seamless and they give you more than enough reminders for when your upcoming appointment is. They take their time and I love that they do because my teeth always feel incredibly fresh and clean after my cleanings or check ups if I think I might have an issue. Dr Gonzalez is one of the friendliest people that I know and doesn't feel like I am being rushed out when I am talking to him. I am not a fan of the other dentist that recently started because it feels like she is trying to push products such as claiming I have an overbite when my orthodontist has never said anything about it and I have had braces. They are open every day of the week and every other Sunday and their office is very clean and I never feel like I am on top of anyone when I'm here and waiting for my cleaning. The last dentist, my youngest daughter went to was a quack after taking multiple x rays and charging me an arm and a leg only stated that she had cavities, and they had to be dealt with. When she went to Dr Mezcua she as well took x-rays, and then gave us the bad news that my daughter had a tumor in her jaw that had diminish her jawbone and that had to be taken care of immediately ,sending her to a specialist in reconstruction. I went to the prior dentist, and asked for the last X Ray that they had done, and there it was the tumor it was smaller and she still had most of her jaw intact . This doctor could have saved my daughter, pain and suffering. So early but never payed attention and did not detected it.Dr. Mercury literally saved my daughter's jaw. So if you want a doctor that pays attention to details and knows what she's doing. This is the doctor for you, also her prices are reasonable, no scam just sincerely cares about her patience. The tech quickly and easily handled my X-rays, and then the dentist came in--she was amazing! She was very informative and gave me multiple options instead of rushing me into a deep cleaning like other dentists. I have gingivitis, so she suggested something more thorough than a regular cleaning but not as intense as a deep cleaning. They applied a topical numbing gel, and I didn't feel a thing!
