I agree with other posters.. the nurses and Dr.s are very nice and I like them, however, the service is not good I agree they seem to have way too many patients..... There is usually 45-1 hour wait when going to Dr. which isn't too unreasonable but also is not great... also, I have to make an appointment about 1 - 1 1/2 months out for things like vaccines... luckily my son doesn't really get sick so I have no experience with making an appointment for him being sick.. but if I need to wait 1 week or so like another reviewier had mentioned just to be seen for the flu or other illness, then that defeats the point, really... What really ticks me off and the reason for the two stars is I too have been trying to call to no avail to refill a prescription.. NO call back!! I am changing Dr.s as soon as I can .... until then my son has gone over 1 week without his medication.... glad it is not a life or death kind of medicine.... read more

Dr Cason retracted my son who is intact. I still cry every time I think about it and it was 6 years ago. That is wrong and outdated information. You never retract an intact boy until they do it themselves. read more

They never answer the phone. I have to leave a message and hope someone calls me back . Even with an appointment the wait is forever. Once was there an HOUR to get 2 shots. It was a nurse visit, didn't even see a doctor! The ladies at the front desk are so rude. The staff that assists the doctors are great and so are the doctors. The only reason I have went to this location is because it's close to my house. No more! I now drive to the Pediatric Partners in Corona. They are awesome! read more

Horrible customer service. You have to leave a voicemail to set up an appointment hoping they will call you back. Well visit appointments take three to four weeks. I will never take my son here again. I don't know how they are still in business. read more

Good care for the everyday stuff. Been bringing my daughters here for seven years now and I've been happy with the care they receive. The doctors have changed a couple of times during those years, but that isn't a problem for me. My kids rarely get sick, so we aren't here often. read more

I took my baby to Pediatric Partners for the first time today and I was very impressed! When I called to make the appointment they were very friendly and got me an appointment within the week. Dr. Busto was thorough, friendly, and took her time with us in the appointment. I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered. She was genuinely interested in my son and I loved how she interacted with him! All of the staff were great as well! I was pleasantly surprised. read more

The front office staff is rude ! I've been a manager at a medical office for over 10 years , so I know exactly how the system goes and for that girl to there in and tell me what can be done and what can't really made me upset. She couldn't make a 2 minute phone call to check eligibility and benefits. You are this field to provide service and if you don't have the patience for it you don't belong in this job. Your job depends on your patients. I'm not one to complain but I was livid and disappointed at the service I was given. Love all the Dr's here, Dr. Busto is my doctor of choice. Not to mention the girl that takes you back she's alway sweet and polite. I don't understand why the front office reception is so rude. It's not all of them. I noticed it's the main older gal she's the one who picks up the phone. 100 % of the time she will put me on hold. No matter what time a day I call. I'm a very patient person. The wait has gotten worst over time. I'm never late $15 late fee charge if late. So I'm always early if anything I'm always 30 mins early In hopes to get in and out early. Yeah right. Last time it's took then 1:15 mins to see us I didn't understand I saw no one in the office we had the appt for 3:30 we left there at 5:20pm I was like wow I'll never come here again. But I can't help to love the doctors. The office management really needs to speak to the front receptionist. Because of her is that this place has such bad reviews. She's a weed in the garden pluck it out. And maybe then people would give this place a 5 star read more

This place is awful! I've had so many problems with the front staff being rude and " loosing" my child's shot record. I'm waiting and have waited for an hour and everyone that has checked in behind us has gone. When I asked the front they were VERY rude. They didn't even put me on the list!! I will never go back!!! The staff is too busy to help any one. After an hour after our scheduled appointment they brought us to the back for a 3 month check up. The nurse was extremely ruff with my daughter. She was very strong armed. Left 4 huge bruises on her after her shots. We will never return to this place. read more

This is the only pediatrician office I use for my child and I love the personal attention we get every time we come in or call. The staff take care of anything we needed and are very caring. We love Dr. Busto and appreciate how good she is my son. Phone calls have always been returned and most ever time we get a same day appointment instead of having to see urgent care :) read more

I was really disappointed by how I was treated by the male PA Tim something. He didn't seem interested in my son or what was going on with him. We have IEHP because I am disabled and it seems that at times we are treated poorly because people assume we are on welfare. He criticized not only my 8 year old son for being overweight but then insulted me by commenting on how everyone in our home needs to lose weight. He spent more time looking at his laptop than us and seemed more eager to move on than to treat my son for his asthma and allergies. I made a followup appointment with DR. Busto and am hoping it will be better this time. read more

I have been taking my 4 year old daughter here for about a year. Our experience has been ok. We like her usual doctor, Dr. Busto, but today we saw the P.A. "Tim". He was extremely rude, condescending and was close to yelling at me when discussing what immunizations I wanted for my child today. He was threating and VERY unprofessional. I could hear him yelling at the person in the next room. I would highly suggest saying NO when asked if you want your child to see him. read more

I have been coming to the Menifee location since my 11 week old has been born, last night I called to talk to the on call pediatrician who I have never met in person luckily. Her name is Dr. Hines, I called because my daughter was having diarrhea and she proceeded to tell me to get her Pedialyte and to have her on that for 24 hours she did not tell me any other instructions so after looking up online I had a few concerns so I called her back just to make sure that it was OK to give and not even three months old Pedialyte for 24 hours she then began to tell me that she's been a pediatrician for over 20 years and that she doesn't know what to tell me and I can take my daughter to the emergency and they'll tell me the same thing. After I started to ask questions she said let me talk and then she hung up on me. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever received and when it comes to my daughter I want nothing less than 100% customer service. She is very rude and clearly doesn't like her job and she should NOT be working with baby's/ kids. Because of this I will no longer be taking my daughter to this location. I have called the Menifee location to file a complaint and they told me to send them a letter, so I called around and got the info for the administration office and I also called the Temecula location. She picked the wrong parent to talk to the way she did. read more

The staff is friendly and the office is very nice. They have two waiting rooms, one for the sick and one for the well. My huge issue with them is they never seem to answer the phone or return my calls. One instance my son had a very high fever and i called in the morning, I did not receive a returned call until around 5:30 that night! Also I've called on numerous occasions to schedule appointments for shots, etc. and again, they don't answer their phone or call me back. Yet the harassment of their automated calls about needing to schedule an appointment are never-ending. read more

I love my kids dr. Sheila Cason , but the front staff is horrible :-[!!!!! Its ridiculous .. at first I put it off everyone has bad days .. but nope was sent to my limits a week ago mydaughter has an injury and I had xrays taken she is really young and wanted to make sure we get on it . The front desk was to busy for me making it to the door last min before THEIR so important lunch time . . To tell me where I was wrong at and who took the xrays . . What I needed to do next anything something . So I left and never will I go back . My suggestion Don't bother the staff is that horrible its not worth it . The staff is HORRIBLE! I have been coming here for over a year and they have only gotten worse. They are rude, confrontational, uninformative. I have gone back and forth with them on so many simple things that no parent should have to. My latest issue is them shredding an original form I handed them for the doctor to sign. They gave me back a copy and said I should have known to ask for the original back. I'm having a hard time believing that these woman even made it past high school that work there. If you care about your level of stress and childs well being PLEASE stay as far away from this place as possible. read more

We really love the dr.s and nurses if I can ever see them. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. They can never see you that day. It always takes over an hour to be seen. I do not recommend this place anymore. They need to stop taking new patients if they can't even make time for the old ones. read more

This is my first review for anything that iI have written. That's how bad this place is. I have never felt the need to write a review before now. I took my two babies here, a newborn and a one year old. These people do not care about you or your children. Every single appointment for a year felt like we were a bother for coming in for routine appointments and shots. They are rude and unhelpful. - first they never smile nor talk to you its just put ur baby here and wait here, and wait forever by the way like hours! If you are caring for peoples health you better care about your patients but this place could care less. I knew I was moving to another state so I didn't switch doctors until I moved, also thinking that maybe they would get better but nope. - the doctors do do their job, they aren't rude but a couple are impersonal because they often have replacement doctors or substitutes what ever they are called they dont normally work there. - but the staff is terrible, horrible, the worst I have ever seen in my life. They are rude, treat you like the dmv, I mean the place is even as dirty as a dmv, maybe actually dirtier. They even have footprints in the carpet to tell you where to stand to wait for the receptionist lol And it is really outdated. They treat you and your children like a number. One time I was struggling to get a newborn in a carseat and my one year old out of the heavy door they have to get in and out of the lobby and offices. They saw me stuck on the door trying to not have it hit my newborns car seat and instead of helping they turned their heads and a parent waiting in the waiting lobby helped get the seat unstuck and not have the door slam on me or the kids. - the nurses did not update my children's vaccine records for multiple visits that then made it so when I was at my kids new doctors office they didn't know where my kids where at with their shots, even though I had taken them to all the visits and got all the shots up to date. So I call this menifee office and request the vaccine records but I have to walk in to get them which isn't possible because im in another state. Our new doctors office has been calling them for weeks with no answer or if they answer they ignore the request and do not send the records. Our new office asks if this is just how they are and why are they so rude is it always like this. I said yes you have no clue how happy I am not to be taking my kids their anymore. Our new doctor has never ran into such rude unhelpful uncaring doctors office. They were literally in shock. I feel like how could pediatric partners of menifee still be in buisness when they dont care about babies health! Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere for your children, this office is horrible and for the year I took my little ones there nothing changed, they dont even remember who your are (especially when had to go there every month at least with two kids you'd think they would start to remember after a year) our new doctor remembers or at least educates themselves before you get there and they treat you like human beings and understand they are treating your most important people in your life your babies. They should seriously turn the menifee offices into a dmv, it would fit right in with uncaring rude people who mess up what you waited hours for. Cannot stress enough, do not go to the pediatric partners of menifee. Zero stars!!!! read more

I totally agree to the other reviews. I called to have my son check of sore throat 12 times and all i get is voicemail even it is office hours, so my 13 th call I left a message. But due to my son's high temp. I called back again and finally got thru and I was told they cannot get my son until the next day which I understand that they are busy ,so I told the receptionist that its ok , I cannot wait the following day. After I hang up a chick named SABRINA called me back from that office regarding my message and I told her I was already informed with the available appointment and decided to take my son to urgent care. She ask me if I left tons of messages and I said just one and I called spoke to her. She just started telling me that I gave them tons of work since I left one message and still made one call, and now they have to go thru all the messages. I was just shock of what this lady was talking about, she just went on and on. Felt sorry for that chick , she need to change job, I don't think she is fitted to that office character wise, so rude and no ethics at all. If they cannot handle their job they should just get out of that zoo. The office lobby smells mussy plus the attitude of the front people adds up. I will never take my kids there at all. read more
