When we began this journey, Masyn was using fewer than 10 words and mostly relied on sounds and gestures to communicate. It was a time filled with uncertainty, but from the very first session, Ms. Alyssa formed a meaningful connection with him that laid the foundation for everything that followed. What stood out to us immediately was how quickly Masyn responded to her. Within that first hour, he had already picked up on new concepts--something that spoke volumes about both her approach and her ability to truly reach him. Over the months, especially in the last six, we've seen incredible progress. Masyn now uses over 100 words, possibly more, and expresses himself in ways we once only hoped for. Watching his confidence grow along with his communication skills has been nothing short of amazing. In addition to the incredible care and expertise they provided, we also want to express our deep appreciation for the team's excellent communication and flexibility. With Masyn receiving other services at the same time, scheduling could have easily become a challenge, but they always worked around our availability with such ease and understanding. That level of support made a world of difference for our family. While it was difficult to say goodbye to services, we do so with immense gratitude and peace of mind knowing he has been set up for success. Our daughter had difficulty speaking from early on;…read morewe had her in speech therapy (with a speech therapist recommended by our pediatrician) for more than 3 months, with zero progress. Our daughter was diagnosed with apraxia, and was considered non-verbal. We did our research, found Rachel, and were lucky enough to get a spot on her busy schedule. Rachel has an incredible speech therapy toolbox (including that she is one of the few PROMPT-trained speech therapists in Southern California). Within several weeks our daughter was initiating short independent phrases. We were overjoyed! From there, Rachel guided her development, and her speech and language exploded. In less than a year our daughter went from completely non-verbal to a non-stop chatterbox! Quite simply, Rachel taught our daughter to talk. We have had a number of assessments done, and Rachel's are by far the most comprehensive and thoughtful. Her calling is surely pediatrics, and kids with developmental delays. She is a natural at handling kids with problem behaviors, and at motivating children who are less than attentive. We cannot say enough good things about Rachel's demeanor, her compassion, her thoughtful and creative approaches, and her ability to communicate to parents and other professionals how to best help your child. 6 stars!

I've watched my kids blossom here in ways that truly amaze me. They go above and beyond, from serving healthy snacks and lunch to helping both of my twins through potty training (which was such a blessing!). The small class size with three teachers makes such a difference, every child is truly seen, heard, and nurtured. One of my favorite parts is getting photos and videos throughout the day. It makes me feel connected and reassured, and I love being able to see the joy on my kids' faces while they learn and play. This school has been such a gift for our family, and I'm beyond grateful for the incredible care and love they give every single day. She was incredibly shy and the first couple weeks were tough getting her used to the drop offs (she had been solely at home with me for the first 2.5 years of her life) but Ms Nichole was so patient and helped us slowly ease into everything and met my daughter where she was at. My son has been coming in for speech therapy for about 4 months now…read more Due to their wait list he initially was only coming in once a week and honestly I didn't see much progress. On a day we had a make-up session we noticed he clicked very well with Bonnie and fortunately someone cancelled their sessions so she had an opening for twice a week. Therefore since June we've been coming in twice a week with Bonnie and have seen much improvement. My son is more vocal now and really enjoys his therapy sessions. Bonnie does a great job taking charge meanwhile keeping him engaged in whatever activity. Front office is very friendly and accommodating when things have come up (cancellations due to sickness or vacation).

I had 2 rude comments thrown at me and at the end, to try and "teach" my child to sit while grownups are talking, she holds my child down while she was screaming and crying for help and as I'm trying to intervene and take my daughter, she tells me "no this is why she doesn't listen. It's the only way she will learn". I can only imagine what happened behind closed doors. Stay far away from this place!

We originally chose Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. based on a recommendation from Inland Regional Center, and we are so grateful we did! From the very beginning, the team was warm, professional, and deeply committed to helping our children grow and thrive. Miss Jennifer, in particular, has been amazing--her patience, expertise, and engaging approach have made such a positive impact on our boys. Sessions were always fun, personalized, and effective, and we saw tremendous progress in their speech and communication skills. One of the twins started with sign language and a variety of one-word phrases. By the end of therapy, now using two-to-three word phrases and is able to tell me his wants and needs. The other twin, who is on the spectrum, began with mostly sign language and environmental sounds with limited words and imitation. Now, he is able to imitate more two-word phrases, label nouns, and request for help. His vocabulary has increased, as well as his ability to imitate. He is starting to express his wants--a huge milestone for him and for us as a family! Full Potential Speech Therapy Center, Inc. were also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made a huge difference for our busy family. I especially appreciated the reminder texts the day before each session--they were so helpful in keeping us on track! If we had the option to continue with Full Potential, we absolutely would, because of how much it has benefited our boys. Seeing them gain confidence in expressing themselves has been truly rewarding. We can't thank Miss Jennifer and the Full Potential team enough for their dedication and support. This is a long overdue review. After a pretty terrible experience at another speech therapy…read morefacility, we were grateful to check this one out. There was a waitlist, but after a couple months, we received a call that there was space available. Most of the popular times were taken, but we eventually found a schedule that worked for us. I know that there are mixed reviews about the front reception area, but from our experience, Cindy is exceptionally great at what she does. She may come off as strict, or maybe not as friendly at first, but she is the one that holds the fort down. For what she does, she needs to be that gatekeeper. She makes sure that the paperwork is there, the insurance is applicable, the schedules for all the therapists are set, the common area stays clean, there is just so much that she does that people don't realize. She is truly great, and I stand by my comment that she is a huge asset to that team. My son was in speech therapy since he was two years old. At that point, he only said one word. We started virtual therapy because of Covid, and eventually moved into a on prem therapy. When his therapist left the facility, we were heartbroken and had anxiety about what we would do. At that point he was also doing speech therapy through the public school system, but we felt like he still needed that one on one practice. His first session at Little Sprouts was with Amanda. She has a ton of energy, and unlike his other therapist, which was mostly play based, Amanda got down to business. She incorporated rewards along the way, and little incentives, but most of it was hard work. I believe we were there for about a year and a half before my son was clear to graduate. I give a lot of credit to the hard work that Amanda put in with him, the work we did at home that she recommended, and the group sessions that he had through public school. It truly takes a village. It's always difficult to see your child struggle with something that you feel might be out of your hands. It's amazing how quickly they can catch up with a lot of perseverance and focus. This facility is amazing, Amanda is an excellent therapist, and I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for them! Our son has so much to say every day, and sometimes I forget how far we've come that I have to take a step back and take it all in. Thank you so much, Little Sprouts. Thank you, Amanda.
