There are 2 locations and it can be hard to get an appointment at first. We were able to consistently able to schedule Tuesday appointments to keep the babies on a schedule. His sessions were on 30 minutes long instead of an hour because he was so young. Shelly taught us different exercises to help him meet milestones and she was always very encouraging. The office staff was the only semi downside. In the beginning they were not the most friendly or welcoming. After continuing to go they started to warm up and become more welcoming. There was one incident around our third or fourth session. When you start you can put a card on file so they can charge you your copay. We had gone there with no problem the first few weeks and then all the sudden I received a text stating I didn't pay for the session and there wasn't a card on file. I am not sure if they confused my son with someone else but there certainly was a card on file and they left a not so great impression to me.

I have three kids, all who attend speech twice a week at Jump Start and I've seen most of the therapists there. They are all lovely. They CARE about my kids, their interests, they hug them with genuine love and affection. They treat every single patient whether 1 or 21 with RESPECT.
