Just another money hungry preschool who doesn't care about kids... Original post:: Would give zero stars if I could. My 4 year old used to go to a Church preschool that had little funding but the teachers were passionate about the students. I was able to text the teachers whenever and get a response asap and even got pictures sent to me throughout the day. I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!

We attended monkey mouths for 3 years, we had a consistent weekly appointment and my sons speech did progress ( with the assistance of cochlear implants) we loved our therapist and accommodated our appointments during her pregnancies and vacations but we truly hated the management, they made our family feel like it was always a hassle with there scheduling to see him.: it felt more like an inconvenience for them to schedule him every week for services, when it was a referral from our doctor and necessary for his success .. Soooo! after year 3 .... things started to get messy... and kids thrive off organization, they just have poor management skills and the management doesn't have the tools to handle all the accommodations there therapists and customers need! The Staff is treated so poorly, and they have consistent scheduling issues, the staff has no control over there schedule and they're looking to fill slots on the scheduling sheet not so much the well being of your child..( read that again) & don't try and take a vacation because your child's appointment will never be rescheduled because they don't have availability ever! If your looking for therapy or audiology, they have great doctors but your child will probably Never see them After their 1st visit due to scheduling issues and, they pick who they want to see. So I hope your kid is favorited and y'all get a few visits in! Good luck!

She's been at PediaPlex for approximately 3 years at this point and we are happy with all the staff and services she's gotten so far. The therapists have always been professional and eager to listen to any concerns my husband and I may have. Everyone works together as a team for the best interest of each child. We will continue driving the 40 minute drive 4 days a week to PediaPlex because it's working great for my daughter. When deciding on a therapy center it's important to realize you are part of the team working together for the best outcome. Communication and realistic expectations are essential for any type of therapy at any center to be successful.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. We came to primrose because we had an outstanding experience with another primrose in west Fort…read moreWorth. We put our second child here (1 at the time) and from the first day we got an incident report that she had scraped her knee. We talked to them about what happened and we were told there was a lot of kids to keep up with and it was just an accident. We accepted that response and just thought that it happens and let it go. Throughout the past year and a half, we received consistent incident reports. However, the last 4 incidents involved my child getting bit. We addressed this with Hilary, as it seemed to be a regular occurrence. Her response was "it's a phase and it happens." We continued receiving these reports only to get the same response. Not a solution, but an excuse. Then, our child was moved into another classroom with only a 1 day notice. They told us that they sent an email (which would have been a 2 day notice) but we never received it. They told us that our child was being moved because it was time for them to be with kids their age or older and this would probably help with the biting incidents. Our child continued to get bit (the first and second day in the new class) received bruising. The last time a biting incident occurred, I asked to speak to Hilary, but she would not respond to us, so we asked to speak to the owner of the daycare. That same day, I went to pick my child up, obviously very frustrated at the situation. I went into the new classroom and asked the teacher if she could explain what led up to the biting incident, wondering if our child was instigating because we never fully received the story. Before I could really have a conversation with the teacher, another front office worker, Stephanie, came in and told me that she wanted to talk to me in the office about the incident. I expressed my frustration, but all I received was attitude and excuses. I demanded to speak to the owner at that point because I felt that I didn't get a solution. The next day I got a call from Linsey the "Area Manager" not the owner. We had about a 30 minute conversation and when I expressed my frustration with communication and the biting, she disregarded how I felt and assured me her team member (Hilary) was a great communicator even after I told her that had not been our experience. I told her that this was our notice and that we would be taking our child out of the daycare because it was too many incidents, which is alarming. I was still left feeling unheard and as If my child was just a number and payment to them at this point. We decide to pull our child out prematurely, that same day. My spouse sent a message letting them know our child would not be returning. We didn't get a response back. We messaged them on the app - still no response. A few days later we got a response saying "that's too bad she will be missed" *like I said prior, poor communication* We had to get advice from another Primrose location with how to proceed in order to get our child's stuff back. My spouse called the daycare, with the advice from the other Primrose location, to let them know that she was going to pick up the remainder of our child's items. *diapers , wipes , clothes ect. Stephanie answered and as soon as my spouse stated who she was, stephanie gave her attitude. When my spouse arrived at the daycare, she had to find a teacher because no one was at the front desk. We were given our child's things in a plastic trash bag. No one from the front office talked to my spouse or tried to justify the experience. To this day, Jessica the owner, hasn't reached out or even communicated with us. It's a true disappointment with this experience! They don't take accountability or try to work with you on a solution. They don't carry the same Primrose culture that we've experienced at another location. A simple solution that would have kept us would have been, we will watch the kids better or maybe try to keep the bitters separated. I wouldn't recommend trusting this daycare with your kids. It's an upsetting and disappointing experience that shouldn't have happened.

Our BCBA is so thorough and seems personally invested in his progress. He is always very prepared for our weekly parent training meetings. The facility is very warm and inviting. One of the big perks is the large gym with a slide, ball pit, and swing. It helps me to feel my kid is still able to spend time playing and having fun each day. They have daily circle time, music therapy each week, and a therapy dog. I can't say enough great things about this facility and their staff.
