I did ask if they were in network with Cigna and was told the are in network. I tried to verify a couple of providers on the Cigna website and the website is down for maintenance. Their Executive Director, Kristin Behrens, hides behind staff to avoid accountability and refused to respond to a formal complaint. Nurse Practitioner Katherine Ernest repeatedly obstructed care--refusing to provide letters for essential disability benefits, forcing unnecessary office visits just to refill long-term maintenance meds, and denying basic documentation that she KNEW I needed to survive. This clinic does not support disabled people. It exploits them. Katherine's actions weren't just lazy--they were cruel, targeted, and deeply ableist. She made it clear that my wellbeing didn't matter unless it came with a billable appointment. Her behavior was retaliatory and vindictive, and the clinic's leadership backed her at every step. And when I finally spoke up? I was told I was the problem. I was told to "reflect on my actions" after THEY cost me my only source of income, sabotaged my appeal, and treated me like a burden. I have never been treated with such disdain by people who call themselves healthcare professionals. Dignity Health calls their brand "Human Kindness." That's a lie. They always make time to fit my daughter in when she needs to be seen, which as a parent means absolutely everything. Dr. Monica is truly incredible. Dr. Ahmed as well. They take the time to listen, never make us feel rushed, and genuinely care about their patients and families. It's so reassuring to know my daughter is in such compassionate and capable hands. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this office. We have never had a bad experience here, and I am beyond grateful for the level of care they provide.

The doctors are highly reputable in the area, I believe primarily from a lack of options and also a lack of patient medical knowledge. When we called to make our appointment the office staff took out insurance and told us we were covered in network. We ended up changing to a different office because we felt little confidence in the ability of the doctors at this office. 7 months later fast forward I received a collection call for 1k+. They sent us to collection and claimed that we were not covered under their network. We have blue cross blue shield. It negative affected our credit and may affect our ability to buy a home. We paid the bill immediately however we're shocked that no one ever called or sent us a single email. Avoid this place.

I was told to call them as a referral had been made upon my discharge. I called them twice and left voice mails each time the morning of my kidney stone. I did not receive a call back until 5 days after I had to have surgery at a different hospital. Awful people with awful morals who don't care about you.
