Pedro's Window Repair was referred to me by a local window dealer that only did installations. They Pedro's Window repair did a great job in repairing the dual pane Milgard windows in a Burbank condo which needed 2 dual paned glass panels replaced that had failed seals which made glass looked clouded and obscured plus lost insulating efficiency. Also, 2 of our windows were not opening and closing properly and needed new internal window guide parts ( channel balancers) that they ordered for the job. They came out for our 1st appointment on time to see what was needed - took measurements and showed me the broken parts. Also, Erik quoted a price that I felt was very reasonable for their time/labor, expertise and parts. A week later they came back with 2 new dual pane glass panels that they fabricated and the replacement parts. In 1.5 hours the windows looked beautiful and operated smoothly. One year I spent the whole year fighting a sliding glass door in my old house. After a year of losing to the stuck door, I called this father son duo to try and repair it. The door was original to the 1950s house I rent and they took the upmost care in removing it and repairing the broken wheel inside. The fact they immediately diagnosed and knew how to repair the issue is a testament to their knowledge and professionalism. A year later I called them again to fix the screen doors, which no longer functioned properly due to this old crooked house. They custom made me two new screens to fit perfectly in the irregular space I needed them to.
