We were in need of new windows for our townhome since all of our existing vinyl windows were leaking. We shopped around quite a bit and when Anytime Windows and Doors found out that we had a lower quote, they matched it. We went with Anytime because their reviews were much higher than the lower priced competitor. The initial process was relatively quick. We had the consultation with Adi, and then the measurements for the order within 2 or 3 days. The windows did take nearly the full lead time, as quoted. Adi was quick to respond to any inquiries. The installation was efficient and they did a good job on making sure the seal on all of the windows are water tight, using both insulating foam and silicone. We were happy with the interior and exterior finishing. We were concerned that there would be noticeable signs that the windows were replaced (color differences, stucco damage) The windows don't look like they were replaced, other than looking brand new. The windows quality is nice. They open and close very easily, no sticking or dragging. If I had one bit of constructive feedback, it would be to provide an update on the expected delivery date of the windows once the manufacturer acknowledges the order and provides an estimated completion date. read more

Dean was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry to replace our existing solid core wood door that had a warped frame with a more...industrial strength insulated steel door with updated hardware (read: actual locks on the handle and an upgraded deadbolt). The team were punctual and honest, detailing the project commitments, payments and any items that were needed from me (in this case, a door purchase from Home Depot). Feedback This was an easy job, so not much in the way of feedback at this time. Even small delays (arriving outside the estimated installation window) was offset by the fact that Home Depot was giving the team a bit of difficulty in procuring the door set. I was contacted today to settle up a $396 balance for a rear exterior door I had installed in early 2022, and it inspired me to finally write this review. Anytime Windows and Doors was the only company that actually responded to my exterior door replacement request of the 5 companies I requested a quote from. I had an old kitchen to exterior door that I wanted replaced before we got our house painted. This was during COVID so the lead tines were long but that was ok. Everyone was friendly and they quoted me $2200 for the job. As I just now explained to the guy who contacted me to "settle up", the installer did an awful job. Let me copy paste what I just told him: "What wasn't the problem would be a shorter list, but here goes: Reversed the door swing from the previous door without consulting me (it opened out before, he made it swing in) Weatherstripping was torn on install and I had to get you to come replace it The strike plate screws weren't set deep enough so they chewed up the door edge immediately until I realized and had you come back to fix it Door wouldn't latch without slamming because the strike plate was set too deep (fixed myself) But the worst was probably that there was no wood backing behind the strike plate, it was just screwed into the void/drywall behind so it immediately got loose, finally ended up wedging a piece of wood back there myself to give the screws something to bite into Messy caulking job to try to hide the above" Anyway, I didn't write this review at the time because whatever you could say about how bad the installation was, at least they took the (quite simple) job that nobody else was willing to. I wasn't even going to write it today...until I realized I Venmo'ed that $396 balance to them a year and a half ago already. The windows are good and seem appropriately priced and Alon was nice, but I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of clean up. Since install on Friday, we've found tons of broken glass all over the inside and outside of the house along with pieces of plastic, blue tape and caulk tips. Alon stopped by today and offered to send someone back to clean up, but it's not easy managing our special needs animals with people coming in every room and additionally the glass is literally embedded in the carpet and has taken multiple passes with a vacuum over the last few days to pick up. We updated three sliding doors, new construction. I got four quotes. The name-brand installers were a waste of time, quoting double or more what the job should cost. When one of them was leaving our place empty handed, he turned and said, "Just buy Milgard and get a good contractor." That turned out to be good advice. The two independents came in at a similar price to each other. I chose Anytime for their reputation and because they are both the supplier and installer, so I would only have to call Gil if I was unhappy with any of it. It turned out great. The doors came in on time and the job was finished in a few days. One of our doors is very tall, and the screen started sticking in the track. Long story short, Gil had Milgard fabricate a new one for us built of stronger material. This was almost two months after the job was paid in full. I recently hired Anytime Windows and Doors to install two new windows into my existing living room wall. This wall didn't have openings before, and was stucco on the exterior wall. Anytime Windows and Doors cut new holes, framed the opening, properly sealed the rough opening, added new windows, and stuccoed the exterior to match. I am incredibly pleased with the result. I requested several quotes from window installers on Yelp for this project. Neil showed up the same day and gave me a very detailed quote and competitive price. While most other installers required multiple windows, Anytime allowed me to just install the two windows. This was huge from an affordability standpoint. It did take some time for the windows to be manufactured. However, all the installers made mention of this "Covid" delay. Neil messaged me on a weekly basis giving me updates and a rough timeline of the project. Then he informed me that my windows were in and his team would be there the same day to start the install. It took them two days to cut the holes and install the windows. The install team was very polite and considerate of dust control. They cleaned up after their mess and had great craftsmanship.
