The gentleman in the picture thought it was a clever idea for his coworker to drive across my lawn to get to my garage door. I told this gentleman to park on the backside of the house, which is where the part to the garage is located. He thought he was obligated with rights to do what he wanted to do and disregarded what I asked of him. I explained to him why it was not ok for that truck to be driving across my lawn due to the underground sprinkler system heads. Neither to say, this grown man acted like a 2-year-old, caught a conniption, and stormed off. Leaving my house was the best thing he could have done. If you cannot come to a customer's house and abide by their rules, you do not need to be in that type of business. I called to the office to speak to the owner about what had just occurred, and the receptionist told me that the owner accompanied the technician to my house. This is clearly what is acceptable at this company. So, if you are looking for a professional company to fix/install your garage door(s) this is not the company to hire for the job. It is too big of a problem for employees to follow simple directions. This is clearly how damages occurs at people homes. This is a 45 minute drive from our office and no one could be available for us to complete the job. A return phone call was made after 1:00 and the appointment was rescheduled for June 6, 2022. On the way this moring, the technicians phone call was not answered. When they arrived, yet again, no one was home. After ringing the doorbell, you answered on the ring camera and allowed them access to the garage. At no point were they told they could not drive across the grass until after they already had, mind you, you have a car blocking the driveway and no one home. After apologizing to you, you wouldn't accept it. I am sorry that this occured, but once again, at no point were they given any instructions about your lawn. Jerome called ahead to make certain that we would be home and showed up right on time. He made a recommendation for a particular brand. I purchased that brand from a local retailer and Jerome installed it In about an hour; it worked perfectly (and was much quieter), so I decided to replace the other, older opener, to match the new one. Jerome came back a few days later (once I had the opener in hand) and performed that work. He patiently worked with me to program the outside openers and the opener on the dash of one of our cars. He took the old openers away (without my asking). I couldn't be happier.

The guys that came were friendly, but I have had several comments about the carpeted rooms smelling of dog, however i added the deodorizer to my cleaning to make it smell fresh and clean. I have also since made my own cleaner and scrubbed the carpets there were several large stains left, I got more of the stains out than they did. I feel like I wasted my money. My realtor was here for pictures the day after the cleaning and she noted it didn't smell like it was cleaned at all. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and it was amazing what they got cleaned out of my carpets, I am very disappointed.

Was installed in the house I built in 2017. Well, it was in rough shape. It was rotten out at the intake water pipes and slowly leaking down the wall. Now I'm like, WTF!!! Emergency mode! Heading on down to Home Depot at 6pm on a Tuesday night. The girl there was just like here, call this number to our subcontractor. Talked to a person right away, said the estimator will be by your house by 9pm that night. Well, by the time that work order got into the system, the appointment was never set. Got a text message next morning at 6 am...I'm first on the list and as I already wrote, all went very smoothly. People, money is no object when you are facing 50 gallons of water in your garage!!! Just get the job done please! lol. Paid a very reasonable price for same day job. I notified all my neighbors to maybe you want to put eyes on your tanks since we all built homes about the same timeframe. Go figure! I'm the lucky winner with the only bad one. After the technician arrived, everything went downhill fast. I made it clear that I was on a fixed income and wanted to repair and not replace the ac unit, however, the technician had other ideas. They could have repaired it for $2200 which I knew was quite high, however that was downplayed. The technician explained the ac unit was old at 10 years and my unit's motor was special with two parts that costs more to repair so it wasn't worth spending $2200 when I could get a new unit for $10,000 to $14,000. After explaining that I couldn't afford to replace my ac I was connected to another person who was to come over later to discuss various options which were to include repairing at a discounted rate. That appointment ended fast because he was there to discuss options in buying a new unit and nothing else. I ended up contacting other companies that offered so much more help. In the end my ac was repaired for $950. The companies were upfront in the cost of the motor ($400 and the labor of $450 plus $100 service charge). I do not recommend ARS which was a complete farce on a very hot day.
