Today i went in for my appointment at 3 pm after taking my 55$ the tech brought me into the room and then told me that they where having technical problems I asked if I was able to get my pictures after ultrasound because I already paid she said yes that that wouldn't be affected I we started she went on to making excuses on why she couldn't do it so I said fine I want a refund and I let her know it was unprofessional to have someone come 40 minutes to tell them that there machines where not working and they weren't able to properly serve me she stopped talking to me and went to address my fiance at this point I was upset I just wanted my back she went on to argue with me Insted of taking responsibility for there mistake as I walked out she went to the receptionist with a attitude asking who booked this appointment I felt that was unprofessional if you wanted to address your employee that should have been done after I left at this time I'm still waiting on my refund and she proceeded to argue with me I told her numerous times give me me my refund and I'll leave she then I domade comment I don't even know if I can give you a refund as if she wasn't going to give me my money back I made a comment well o will just leave a review about my service she came back out the room without my money and blamed me for the bad service I received at this point I'm over the whole situation I'm upset and 8 months pregnant and she arguing with me I end up getting my refund after being disrespected it's sad because my last experience was so great and I even refered a couple people to them but after today I would never go back whoever the tech was really need to work on her customer service read more

This was my first time getting a 3D ultrasound for my first child and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had at Peek A Boo! Called and made an appointment at 5:30 for a Friday, and told the lady we would decide on a package when we arrive that day. My boyfriend and I showed up early but my mom came from down the hill and was a little late but the ultrasound technician Priscilla was completely understanding and didn't mind waiting for my mom whatsoever! And she was so helpful when I wanted to decide on the package, made everything easy and simple. I couldn't have asked for more during the ultrasound, she found out the gender almost instantaneously and so for the majority of the ultrasound we just got to enjoy looking at our beautiful baby boy. I can't wait to go back for another ultrasound in a few weeks to see how he's grown! I'm gonna schedule it with Priscilla just because I know I'll have another good experience. read more

I can honestly say I recommend this place for ultraounds .. The Tech is so good she was the sweetest person ever. She didn't let me leave unhappy . She insisted to keep trying until my baby got his hand off his face to get the perfect pictures for me and my family . She was very kind when my child was being very fussy and kept talking to her to make sure she was ok. She is a great tech one of the best yet . She didn't press on my stomach like the doctors would and if she did she would give a warning before she did. She got the best pictures great package , and an unforgettable heart beat stuffed animal . My experience there was an amazing one and I definitely will be going back if I have another baby . It was well worth it . I recommend this place in the high desert for ultraounds for you and your family because my family loved it and we are all happy to see how my son looks. I have been here twice now, and totally recommend it to anyone! They are affordable and have such great customer service. I had gone in at 15 weeks for my gender and went back a week ago at 31 weeks for my 3D / 4D. For my gender ultrasound Priscilla was able to tell in a few short minutes what I was having. For my 3D my baby was being extremely stubborn, yet Priscilla had a lot of patience and took her time with trying to get my baby to move in a good position. She even offered to do a rescan. It is unfortunate that I ran into some bad reviews. This place has been nothing but great and helpful to me. If the baby isn't cooperating there is only so much the tech can do. That doesn't make the place a horrible one. Just make sure you have a full bladder. It really does make a difference in getting good photos. read more

I went in for my first ultra sound, and the service was great. The young lady that was there at the time of my appointment gave me great customer service. She made me feel comfortable. She went the extra mile to make sure I got a great view of my baby and gave me clear and detailed ultra sound pictures. I went in thinking I was 12 weeks pregnant, but as she began with the ultra sound, she explained to me that I was approximately 1 to 2 weeks further along my pregnancy because of the size of the baby. I had a blood test a week later, and it turned out that she was right. So that just tells me that she had more knowledge and experience than one can imagine. Also, the place of business was neat and clean. AWESOME place to go for an ultrasound. They have many other services as well, so it is worth the visit. read more

We came here for our baby's gender reveal. He was being stubborn and had his legs crossed which is out of the Tech's control but our Tech Priscilla was VERY patient and went the extra mile giving me breaks, cold water, and making me walk around to see if the baby would move which he did and we found out the gender. I went back for the second time as part of the package I got and they had brand NEW machine where both the pictures printed and on the screen were much clearer and detailed, the 3D was so clear and detailed I saw every bit of my sons face. The service is great and Priscilla is amazing, very patient and caring and takes her time to get the best pictures. I look forward to my 3rd ultrasound in 3 weeks, they have made this pregnancy memorable. You won't be disappointed ask for Priscilla! read more

Firstly, I'd like to commend the staff of Peek A Boo! You guys were willing to let us in as a family and experience these awesome moments together, this is something I will never forget, especially since right now, the COVID-19 situation means that many medical facilities would not let me attend the ultrasounds with my wife. Secondly, the price and rates were AMAZING! How can you put a price on seeing your baby though? The staff was incredibly professional and courteous, and their techs are true experts in their field. Our baby is very camera shy and kept turning around during the session making it difficult, but the techs were able to get amazing photos of our baby and were genuinely happy to help us. My partner and I have been soooo eager to know our baby's gender. I made an appointment with Peek a Boo for a gender check. Right from the get go they were understanding and accommodated a time slot so that my partner could make it to the ultrasound. Vanessa, the ultrasound tech was such a welcoming person. She made my partner and I feel comfortable! She was also very patient when baby was being shy. Unfortunately baby was a little too shy and the gender wasnt able to be confirmed, so my partner and I will be returning soon. The environment was very clean and cozy. This was my first time using this business for my ultrasounds and I was not disappointed at all! One of the first things I noticed was that it was extremely clean including the restrooms. It had a very calming and welcoming vibe and the customer service was excellent! I do have to go back since my baby was not cooperative lol but the experience was pleasant so going back is not a problem for us! The technician was very patient and kind, she made us feel very comfortable and did everything she could to try and help us get the baby into a better position. I came to visit my family here I'm from Kentucky and I found peek a boo online booked it super simple and went to my appointment at 23w1d and my baby was super stubborn wouldn't roll over to get anything good off the ultrasound they ladies were super nice and had me reschedule after trying on and off for an hour we had kids with us so they had my appointment reschedule to see if she would roll for todays appointment she did was amazing they lady who did my ultrasound was super sweet and made my experience amazing! I had my baby shower on the 9th of November & it turned out to be everything i wanted it to be. I was soooo stressed at first because of course i was running late on time but as soon as i got there peekaboo employees were right there to help me with EVERYTHING. I told them my ideas for my theme and they made it happen, even by improvising some things for me. & being able to see my baby on the 3D ultrasound was so heartwarming it was the best. My husband and I were SO eager to know the sex of the baby that we called Peek A Boo! And we're so glad we did! The place was clean and nice. The tech was Super patient with us as the baby did not want to cooperate! She even gave us extra time so that I could get up and walk around. Unfortunately we had no luck as the baby was too cozy. But that's not their fault! I was offered to come back at a later date and time for a fraction of the cost! It's safe to say we will be back! Definitely recommend this place! Staff was very accommodating, went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the pictures. Took the time to try multiple angles and make sure everyone could see on the screens. Accommodated our time for an after 5 appointment. We've been three times, each time baby didn't fully cooperate and they offered to do a rescan at another time and only had a minimum add on charge to our package. When i went for my US baby was hiding and we were only able to get a few good pics but she did not give up and we spent almost 2 hours trying to get good ones but just couldnt so she shedualed me to come back in a week (free of charge) to try again and when we came back we got very lucky took 1 hour and she got about 65 good pictures of our baby... i would highly recommend this place to anyone .. she was very nice and did not give up at all! I've been to other ultrasound places in the area and this one is my fav! The technician was very kind and personable!! We wanted to keep the gender a secret from our two other children, who happen to be in the room with us, and she was excellent about keeping it a secret, even helping me to not blow my own cover! Had a great experience coming to Peek A Boo for an ultrasound. I called to make an appointment and luckily they were able to schedule me for the same day. The atmosphere is really comforting and the staff was very professional and welcoming. I've been to a different ultrasound place with my previous pregnancy but Peek A Boo by far does the best to have a good relationship with their patients. These ladies did an AMAZING job! Im pregnant with my 4th baby and he's been a little stubborn and camera shy. They had me come back for a rescan, free of charge and we're just amazing! So patient and took their time to make sure we got amazing pictures! Made me and my family feel very comfortable! Prices are best I've found up here!
