The lady up front doesnt know how to communicate, She will take your info, then sign you up for an appointment and not tell you, it may me an hour later or even 2 hours later but you wont know because she wont tell you. If she goes to lunch she will tell you the tech knows youre there but not how much longer or anything else. The Xray tech is at least a ray of sunshine she will try to get you out as fast as possible. read more

I would have given 5 star for the service alone, but the girls up front were not very friendly or professional. Jasper on the other hand was BEYOND sweet, professional and had me in and out of there so quick and really made up for the shitty front counter service I had. The two girls were sitting there snacking on food talking to each other and too busy to greet me or help me. A male came over while they told me to wait and he took me and checked me in right away. Worst check in experience ever! Receptionist was rude and had an attitude after she ignored me fir 5 minutes.

First time going to this imaging but it's very disappointing. I have my mammogram here last March 2026. I brought my old mammogram disk last April 21, 2026, for comparison it was copied by one of them. I went to my primary last May 6, 2026, and got the results and says needs a comparison from my previous one. So, nothings done since then. From that day I been calling them to follow-up what's going on why it takes so long to compare, until now I did not get any comparison results yet. It was addressed to the supervisor, spoke to him last week, he told me he will fix the problem and will call me supposed to be today. The supervisor did not call me so I call the office again, the lady said she will send message to their supervisor. But I did not get a call from the supervisor. They don't care at all. I'm very frustrated coming in here. read more

I went in today to get an appointment. I was in line waiting and when the window opened, I advanced and she said to wait a minute. No problem. Then she said to wait by the sign that said something like wait here, which all four stations had that sign above them. So I moved over and she said after a few minutes, no get in the line. I said I was in line and the only one there until now. Well "sucks to be you" is the tone she gave and said, see now the next person is over there and you need to wait. Well, there were two people in line and she didn't offer to help, talk to the person actually doing work, just a disrespectful attitude. I will never go to Sol Radiology again. I always went to Elite, but my team of doctors asked me to try Sol a few years ago, so I did. Each time I had to call billing because they wouldn't bill the insurances correctly. No more, I won't do any testing at any of their facilities, period. If I have to go without, so be it. I hope others have a better experience. It's sad that one rotten employee can tarnish a business, but she did. read more

sol radiology in victorville, is always busy. i had an appt for an m.r.i. of my left knee, as i was experiencing sharp pain. i had an appt date and time. i arrived 10 mins before my appt. at appt time, i was called, and taken into a m.r.i. exam room. the tech completed the m.r.i. and made me a video disc of the m.r.i., with a written report faxed to my doctor & to the medical center on garstin st., from sol radiology's own radiologists . thank you sol radiology for your professionalism. !! read more

Extremely poor telephone. Answers and puts one into a musical hold. They do not come back. Says use the internet...you have to call them to set it up...Yea.....MY doc said set up MRI. Three times they said they could do it and turned around and canceled. Once you get in staff is good. read more

Went in today to have a follow up X-ray of my broken hand completed. It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Got checked in within 2 minutes of arriving was called back by Patrice within 5 minutes of being checked in. And had the most pleasant experience with Patrice as she completed my exam.
