My waitress was extremely understanding when I expressed to her my concern, she first offered salt and pepper and then she offered to replace with steak tacos, which I thought was really nice until I got them home and tasted them. The steak tacos tasted like spoiled meat cooked on a dirty grill. This is definitely not the quality of food I'm used to from Amerika's.

She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire wine-tasting experience so much fun. Great customer service can completely shape an experience, and Sparkle definitely delivered. We laughed, enjoyed some amazing wine, and simply had a great time. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere. It's a beautiful space with a relaxed yet elevated feel, making it perfect for a wine night, dinner, girls' night, date night, or even a special event.
