I needed my headlight bulbs replaced. About 15 minutes into it I know I wouldn't be able to do it myself as they were very hard to get to. I would have had to take my front wheel is off and take a plastic lining( that is held by plastic brads) out of the wheel well to get to them. I called Peerzo's at 5:15 pm when they close at 6. Jeff didn't hesitate to tell me to come in. It took him until 6:30 to get this done but he didn't charge me extra and he even shined up my headlight lenses for me. Friendly & honest guy. Peerzo's has great customer service! I drove all over Spokane trying to find someone to look at my door that wouldn't shut properly. Even though they were obviously very busy he took the time to not only look at the door but give it the quick fix it needed. He even showed me how to fix it myself if it happened again. Jeff is extremely fair and works with you on prioritizing your repairs. They have made time for me and worked with me everytime I got in a urgent situation.
