We had such a great experience at Peewee's Ice Cream! The ice cream was absolutely amazing, and they had so many unique and delicious flavors to choose from. We especially loved that they were gluten-free friendly and had great options for those with dietary restrictions. We tried the Lavender Honey Vanilla, and it was incredible! The flavors were so well balanced--not too sweet, with the perfect combination of lavender and honey. Definitely a flavor we would come back for! The service was also wonderful. Everyone was so polite, friendly, and welcoming. We'll definitely be stopping by again the next time we're in Medford! Highly recommend! read more

Once you try peewees, you can't go anywhere else. The quality of the ingredients is unmatched. Everything else will taste processed! Their flavors are so fun, my personal favorite is Scoreo! Giving it 3 stars for the atmosphere. I like the use of the trailer and the seating area outside. Service was average. But what I didn't like was the ice cream. I believe they use a milk powder, it's cheaper than using more heavy cream. It's why it has this "cream like texture" but yet it's not creamy. It also has a sour taste which I know comes from using milk powder and stabilizers. Not a fan especially at those prices and the large 3 scoop was sooooo stingy it was a the size of one big scoop at another store. Also I feel they can do better with the setup behind the counter. I feel as if they're giving this small town, small batch image but it's smoke and mirrors. I don't care about the price I pay $17 for 3 scoops at the Chinatown ice cream factory without blinking an eye because I know it's a premium product with an authentic CREAMY texture with pure ingredients. You're not getting that sour taste and odd texture. read more

Jersey corn ice cream? I kept seeing it online and had to try it. It was delicious but a very different flavor. This ice cream shop has regular ice cream and also vegan flavors. Ice cream here is soooo creamy and delicious! The lavender honey is chefs kisses. Service is top-notch, the people who work here are so sweet! My only complaint is that the cookies and cream had too much cream and not enough cookie (the ratio was off). However, it was still delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They also do flights, which are quite fun and allow you to sample more flavors in smaller portions. They do to-go lids as well, which makes pickup for these ice cream scoops super easy. A cute little trailer of a place in Medford. The staff was friendly and engaging, offered samples of their different flavors as you make your selection, and they were able to answer questions about the variety. We thought the overage ice cream quality left a little something to be desired, like it wasn't rich and creamy enough. Perhaps it it personal preference. They are open in winter but the inside is so small that only 4 people can sit and eat and enjoy it. Not bad, just not great. I'd probably head to cups and cones in Marlton! read more

I've been anticipating the opening of Peewee's Ice Cream shop for months! This spot in Medford's newly opened Feed Mill is a must visit for ice cream, chipwiches, and more. There are so many rotating, unique flavors throughout the year and plenty of vegan options. The menu also notes flavors that contain eggs, nuts, and are gluten free, which are super helpful. I am extremely picky about ice cream in this place just blows me away. Definitely the best non-dairy ice cream I have ever had anywhere ever. They have vegan sprinkles and vegan coats as well there's non dairy ice cream pies in the freezer.... And non-dairy ice cream bars and usually eight different non-dairy flavors. I'm giving it six out of 5 stars if I could. They have a lot of outdoor tables so in the warmer months you can sit outside. Medford is such an adorable town with a great vibe so it's an awesome location. read more

Had the pina colada and espresso chip. Pina colada didn't really have the pineapple substance at all. Espresso chip was passable but the ice cream felt like you had to bite into it hard for it to melt in you mouth didn't give that good creamy feeling. The Chipwich with pumpkin ice cream was an interesting pairing but for $7?! If I knew that was the price would have personally kept it in the fridge it felt like highway robbery! read more

I went here to try the Jersey corn ice cream. It's quirky, buttery, and tasty! I like it! The Jersey peach crisp was delicious too! Really appreciate the Jersey flavors at Peewee's! The girl behind the counter when we went in was really sweet and even offered to keep our purchased pint in the freezer while we ate our ice cream outside so it wouldn't melt. Much appreciated! I would have gotten a lot more baked goods, however the only other option was cupcakes and I'm just not a cupcake person. They seemed to be almost cleared out by the time I could make it in! The cake bombs were moist inside, the brownie was soft, chewy, and chocolatey, and the cookie was fresh and soft. The building is cute with hand painted murals on the windows that correspond to the current holidays/seasons. A few picnic tables outside with buckets of chalk for the kids to draw on the concrete and corn hole! I only wish I had some shade to sit under out there, it was hot and bright today. An umbrella or 2 would be just perfect. I will return to have some ice cream, and I look forward to trying more stuff once available!
