A friend of mine told me she had replaced her iPad glass front at a very good price with Gadget Phix while we were walking by this small strip center store front after eating at MartAnne's Cafe the Breakfast place. Located on Old Rt. 66 just EAST of San Francisco Street. I made a mental note and not even a week later I dropped my cell phone and cracked the glass while I was at a meeting in Phoenix. I stopped by this store front in Flagstaff, Arizona on my way back to Williams, Arizona about 30 minutes away and had my phone fixed in about 45 minutes! Amazing work and delighted to share this new source with anyone reading. The store front has credibility as you have to leave your phone with all the info in it and give them the password... so you have to TRUST the person replacing the glass and I did from the minute I met the team. The glass was replaced with tax for $110 and I was a very happy customer. ADDED NOTE... back up your phone before taking in for glass replacement as the contract you sign says... they are not responsible for loss of data. Just makes sense!

My backup hard drive crashed, and before I could replace it, my computer hard drive also crashed…read more Fortunately I had separately backed up many important files, but a few key ones I missed including one with my full-year financial records. (This, in December!) Having previously purchased a printer from Flagstaff Computer Guys, I went to them after another computer repair outfit (out of town) had been unable to recover my missing files from either crashed drive. Scott Tabako efficiently and calmly tested both drives, and to my absolute delight quickly recovered my key files, then guided me on purchase of a new backup NAS and backup-power devices to prevent this from happening in the future. Flagstaff Computer Guys is a father and son family business. Great guys who really know their stuff, and the fact that they remained calm and cheerful while addressing my emergency really helped. Highly recommended! (CAUTION: There is a similarly named but unrelated business elsewhere in town, with whom I have no experience.)
