I went in because my laptop screen needed to be replaced, I got my laptop back almost a week later,…read moreand when I went home I discovered my screen would glitch and occasionally turn half black and half white, I had called them the day I picked my laptop back up and was told they could t do anything that day since they were closing early and weren't going to be open the following day (4th of July) I was told I would get a call Monday, I never received that call, I called yesterday (Tuesday) and it went to voicemail, than I called today, voicemail, so I called using my friends phone and they answered, I was then told about how it wasn't their problem that my screen didn't function correctly and how they had "proof that it's fine" when I tried explaining I'd be happy to send over photos with time stamps of how my screen didn't work I was told "I have pictures too". What does that even mean?!
