I have no idea how I managed to sleep on Pei Wei Asian Kitchen for so long! Like, how did I not know?! I've returned three times in a single week and I'm absolutely hooked. The staff are super friendly and down-to-earth and the dining area is always orderly and clean. The best part, though, is the made-to-order approach, which helps me ensure that my food is allergen-free! So far, my favorite dish is the firecracker tofu over onion-less fried rice with a side of green beans. YUM! read more

stopped by Pei Wei recently and overall had a decent experience. TI ordered Firecracker chicken and shrimp with fried rice and it was well-prepared with a nice balance of sauce and seasoning. Portion size was also satisfying. The only small downside during this visit was that the dining area could have used a little more attention. A few tables hadn't been wiped down yet, which made it feel slightly less polished than usual. Nothing major, but noticeable. That said, the food quality was solid, and I'd definitely return -- especially for takeout. Hoping the next visit feels a bit more refreshed! read more

I recently stopped at Pei Wei for dinner, expecting it to be another Panda Express with heat lamps and whatnot. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by their made-to-order approach. Everything tasted fresh and the green beans, especially, are delicious! read more

It has been a very long time since I have been to this or any of their locations. I had been planning to have lunch across the street, but there was a long wait so I came over this way to see if I could have my meal a little quicker. This turned out to be a very good experience for me. I parked right out front and walked in and there were only a couple of people inside. I took a moment to check out the menu board and then walked over to place my order. I ordered the firecracker chicken on rice and a drink. I paid and went and got my drink and found a seat. I got some other spicy sauce so I could kick it up a notch because I like my food extra spicy. My weight was not long and they brought my food out to me. I'm not totally thrilled with all the plastic packaging involved, but the food itself was really good. I have always enjoyed the food from Pei Wei, but I don't get it very often. I felt the cost of my meal was reasonable and the service I received was exceptional. There were only a few other people who dined in while I was there, but I did see some people stopping in to pick up orders. I would definitely put this on my short list for someplace to stop the next time. I am out in the area at meal time. read more

This was the first pei wei I've ever tried and I really loved it. I love pei weis kang pao chicken. The food is always fresh here and delicious. The staff are always friendly and food comes out fast. I absolutely love this restaurant and becoming here since I moved here. I noticed that they have changed a few things on their menu and added this poke bowl. I chose salmon and I want to say that I was pleased. I did not realize that it was raw fish, but nevertheless, it was for the flavor and I truly enjoyed it. The sauces gave a great balanced to the lettuce and cucumbers. I will try this dish again with a different meat option. I definitely want to to recommend this for those that want a healthier option. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. the guy answered, said he couldnt hear me and hung up. Then i called again, and he said please hold. I was on the phone waiting for 10 minutes and tried calling 5 times after and no answer. How can you give such terrible service for a simple phone call?. Update after post - they answered 5 minutes later and upon arriving it seems they are short staffed. The manager needs to stop worrying about profits and keep better service. Wow! What a team working Friday night. Came in near closing and greeted and treated like it was opening. Great attitudes. Drive two hours home and food was still hot. Excellent experience today this place made a huge turnaround! During the pandemic, the food was not good, and the portions were becoming very small. I spend just shy of $80 there and I had to throw all of it in the trash. WHAT A WASTE. Please do not go there. Save your money for some other restaurant. The food was made to order and very delicious. The portions served are enough to take left over home. The service was friendly and fast. If you eat in they being the food to your table. Utensils are not plastic unless you order take out. I loved the fact that they have a station with the Utensils, napkins, and take out boxes for your left overs. The ambiance is casual. read more

Not sure why this has such low reviews... Anyways walked in restaurant was pretty quiet for a Monday along with a few tourist. The one thing id say it was extremely understaffed. I'm not sure if the guy was the manager but he was doing everything from cashier to bringing the plates to the table to somewhat cooking. I felt bad Food was greattttt! This was my first time and it didn't disappoint. I love that they cook the food fresh right there and it's not just sitting like other restaurants. Got the chicken and broccoli which was really good. The rice was nice and soft and fresh. The chicken and broccoli had this sauce on it that was very good! It gave it so much flavor. Chicken dumplings were yummy. Was it the best teriyaki chicken I've ever had? No. But it also wasn't the worst. I ordered the kids teriyaki chicken and 4 crab rangoons. Everything was hot but slightly overdone. But I only paid about $11, so I can't really complain. I ordered take-out, and my order was made quickly. The young lady who took my order was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
