Walked into an empty restaurant but there was no host or worker to greet for a few minutes which was off but that's fine because you place your order all on a machine and self seat felt a bit odd to tip because the only service I got was someone bringing my order to my table. Really the food is just not worth the price, $50 for one person to dine is outrageous for what you receive. I ordered one bowl of ramen ~$23 an order of chicken katsu bao buns that bring only 2 bao for ~$9 and one soda boba drink for ~$10. Those prices are steep when you actually taste the food, the ramen was far under seasoned even after adding extra soy sauce and the pork belly in the ramen was dry and tough the chicken katsu bao buns were too salty but had a decent flavor. Overall not worth the stop even if you have a craving for ramen. I'll start off by saying that the food I ordered was decent. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't life-changing either. The ramen broth could use a smidge of more salt and flavor. The pork belly was incredible! It was tender and packed with flavor! I would eat that with a side of rice any day! The spam bao buns we had were also delicious. The service and ambiance is where this restaurant struggles. First, the incense that was burning was over powering. We had to move tables and even then the smell was inescapable. It was such a strong and distracting smell. Second, the pricing in this establishment is a crime. I ordered 2 ramens, a taro milk tea, and 1 order of spam bao and I was $70! $70! We were a party of 4 and they added a gratuity fee. Who adds gratuity for a table of 4?! My gratuity fee was $9.72 and my table mate's gratuity fee was $8.80. My table mate's check was $60. All they ordered was a ramen, a bento plate, tea, and ginger ale! Our server took our order and brought the food. That's it. She didn't bus our table, give me a refill on my water, as a matter of fact she didn't even bring my table mate's food out. My table mate noticed her food was sitting on the counter and she went to go pick it up. We were the only people in the restaurant! It was not busy. Additionally when we went to go pay, we were slapped with a 4.7% card usage fee! The pricing is outrageous and it needs to change or else this place will go out of business. I don't mind tipping and I do tip, but to earn almost $20 from a table that all you did was bring part of the table's food out and provided no other type of service to is a crime. read more

It was cute seeing the little Peanut robot unit welcoming us even though it wasn't functioning. Aside from the ambience not really being all that, the food was okay. Just okay. We get pho from here when we're having a craving and don't want to travel too far, I will say about the pho is that the broth is wayyyyy too sweet/cinnamon-y. I usually season it up a bit more, and the noodles are overcooked and broken. The takoyaki is pretty good, but the krab rangoons had a weird rank kind of taste to them, as if the cream cheese or something was off. I had the pho as well as the tonkatsu ramen. I like the pho better, but it was not the same as going to a dedicated restaurant. The wife had a chicken bento box and the daughters had a couple of ramen dishes as well. Being a new location it is clean and the staff was very friendly and explained the menu options. It's a great experience to come here with the little ones. They just live Peanut. I was very impressed with the customer service, they are quick to fix any order. I received fried garlic in my phon instead of fried onions and no questions asked they replaced it from scratch and left the other pho for the others in my party. They do make the best tofu in town. I'm not a fan a tofu but theirs I can eat. Their Japanese grill dish is very good and filling. Their chicken baos are amazingly good a must get. So I'm going to start by saying this.. if you like ramen and pho don't expect it to taste authentic. Lucky for them there's not an authentic restaurant in this area serving the same foods. First off, the ramen was mediocre at best, the crab rangoon was absolutely delicious, mango boba slushy was definitely delicious, passion fruit lemonade was on point. Disappointing experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the robotic server was cute, and the food was reasonably good. Our waiter was very nice and knew very well the menu - he was able to answer every question. My complain is about management's poor decisions... they refused to change a beverage that wasn't what I originally ordered, that they unilaterally chose to substitute, and that I tried but didn't like. So here is the skinny... The door had a huge banner advertising their "cheesecake series" of boba teas (see picture below). I was intrigued, and ordered a taro cheesecake beverage with my food. When the food arrived, the server announced they had ran out of cheesecake, so he had replaced my beverage with regular taro and some cream. Weird I wasn't asked beforehand if I wanted something different from what I ordered, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Also, if that's a signature beverage, weird that they are out of it mid-weekend. After having *two sips* called the waiter and let him know that I didn't like the beverage. He suggested an alternative, I agreed, he went back and some minutes later came back saying the manager didn't authorize the exchange. He offered to put my beverage in a "to go" cup. I didn't want to make a scene, and the kid waiting on us was very nice, so I just said "fine", tipped him, and left. However, I'll probably won't go back. I stumbled across this when I was waiting for appointment next door. What attracted me was the tea! I figured why not try out some boba tea while I wait. Well, I was very pleased. The tea was the right amount of sweetness and the cheese foam was delicious! The only complaint is for 7$ I got more than a 1/2 cup of ice and finished my tea quicker then it took to pay for it.
