Wish I could give 0 stars. I thought this cab company was cool until they overcharged my sister. I took a trip with them this morning; from Super 8 in Pekin, to circle k, & back to my house. Was charged 21$. This was a longer trip. My sister went 0.5 miles to Dollar General to get my nephew DIAPERS & right back. Wasn't even in there 5 minutes. Got charged 25$. I've also been tipping all of the drivers & then they're gonna pull this shit. I'll start taking ubers! She's been riding with this cab company for a long time. When I called to confront the guy he was rude & stuck up. The driver told my sister they were having a bad night, I don't give a fuck if you guys had 0 customers or not. You charged my PREGNANT sister 25$ for a ride down the road. This is just sad to be honest. I shouldn't be having to write this review. ‼ Also wanna add they have 1 respectful guy that works for them, wouldn't want anyone but him as my driver. He respected me & my friend & our 2 kids. Terrible experience. Called a cab for a family member and it took them less than 5 minutes to come out before the driver drove away. I called to fix it and ask where the cab was and the man speaking was EXTREMELY rude. Didn't expect them to come and go so quickly because I have waited for almost an hour in the past. Could have had a great customer, I will be sure to tell my friends to stear clear and use a more reputable service. read more

Pekin is not a very large town, so we only have 2 taxi companies. This company is super popular in Peoria, the largest city in this area, and has great reviews over there so I decided to use the Pekin branch for rides to and from work. The first few times, I called about thirty minutes before i needed to leave, and both times I was at least a half hour late for work. The second time, the driver told me i could put in a time call hours or a day ahead of time to ensure that I made it to work on time. For about the next 2 1/2 weeks i did, and then refused to ever use them again. Out of about 12 days scheduled, I was late to work 7 of those days. The first few times I thought maybe it was a fluke, they were busy, or whatever. When it continued to happen, even after complaining to management, I knew they just really didn't care. If you put in a time call a day early, there is absolutely no excuse for them to be late. I'm not talking about a few minutes late either. It was at least a half hour, and twice over an hour, which resulted in me getting my one and only write up at work. The drivers were also extremely rude when you pointed out how late they were. I had one man tell me his lunch was more important than my ride. I don't know how they even still operate in town, other than they are open 24 hours a day. I refuse to ever use them again, since they obviously have no care for their customers. I am not the only one who has had these issues with them, it's obviously an ongoing problem that they are unwilling to fix. read more
