This place has been closed by the board of health, the food was okay, but not the greatest that is for sure

The board of health closed this place down. Before that no matter what you ordered it all tasted the same.

I ordered before looking at the yelp reviews. Ordered beef and scallops for $11.00 . I got a couple of pieces of stringy beef in Vegetables and the scallop pieces all 3 of them did not add up to one scallop. It was delivered by a Lady that had the personality of a heart attack. The vegetables were fine. It was depressing. I should have gone to the mexican Restaurant next door. Then I opened the rice which seemed mildewed or rancid. It was not made today. The Egg Fo Yong was to die for. The lady at the register was less than friendly. Unfortunately, their phone has been disconnected. I've driven by several times and looked in the entry door and it has not been open even though things look the same inside as it did when it was open. I am pretty sure it is closed, perhaps permanently. Bummer. I haven't found another Chinese restaurant close by that has Egg Fo Young that comes remotely close to that at the Peking Restaurant. read more

Tuesday night. Posted hours: Monday through Thursday 11:00a-9:30p. Parked at 8:55p and walked up to the window to review the menu before walking in to place a short to-go order of soup and fried rice. As soon as I got to the window, I saw a young woman walk from the back of the store to the door, lock it and turn off the "open" sign. Obviously anything could have been going on in her life, I don't know. Just was less than welcoming and I was unimpressed. read more

This place looks like a run down hole in the wall from the outside, but don't let the exterior deter you. Inside, I found one of the best Chinese buffets I've been to in a while. The buffet consisted of standard Chinese buffet choices, but the food is very fresh. They make everything in smaller portions and continually keep refilling it with hot, fresh food. You pay when you leave and there are no waitresses to clear the plates or bring drink refills, so you have to do that yourself, but the food is well worth it. If you're passing through the area and want a decent Chinese buffet, this is the place to stop! read more

This restaurant hidden in the historic part of Edinburgh is by far the best Chinese food in the area! The buffet during lunch is only $7.25, including drink and ice cream for that price! I recommended the Mai Fun, Chicken Lo Mein, and their chicken on a stick, they all taste great-- and can be found on their buffet. The buffet is not very big but everything on it is tasty! You can also order from a traditional menu too. read more

Horrible quality, poor service, steer away from this restaurant as they are there to fill your stomach with fast poor quality food!

I mean, they deliver to Atterbury so thats cool I guess. Its your typical chinese food from the kinda chinese food restaraunt you would see in the same shopping center as a pet store... If you know what I mean. read more

This place is the epitome of a hole in the wall Chinese buffet . Very limited items but very good. It's only 7 bucks with drink. Cheap and good , perfect for some lunch . read more

Highly recommend if you dont like food. Ordered delivery and its been 2 hrs and still waiting. Terrible delivery service. They dont pick up their phone either so one call check on the status of the delivery. Dont know how their food is. read more

I ordered my food using the beyondmenu website for peking Chinese restaurant. I put in my food order, and also paid for delivery fees AND A TIP FOR DELIVERY. Only to be called while I am at work and told they wont deliver today.. Would not refund my money.. I had to have a coworker go pick up my food over 2 hours AFTER I ORDERED IT! I EVEN HAD TO PAY MY COWORKER GAS MONEY!! This is completely ridiculous and I am VERY UPSET I paid almost $40.00 for my food, of course including delivery fees and a tip when they clearly did not earn one at all...
