I saw great reviews on Yelp (Richard) and had to scoot down to Mooresville. We had a little trouble finding Bing's, so we asked around and found it in the same building as Wards. The place isn't fancy or upscale. There are a couple of tables, but I think most people just pick up carry out. Bing, the owner, is super friendly and was happy for us to dine-in. She set us up and brought us some water. She treated us like family. I ordered a bowl of hot and sour soup and Kung Pao Shrimp. The bowl of soup was huge, hot and comforting. She brought out a bowl of warm fried wontons that were absolutely delicious. The generous portion of Kung Pao Shrimp was delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the dish was hot. The vegetables were fresh with lots of onions. The fried rice is excellent. I took half home because there was so much food. My husband had the Kung Pao Chicken, which he devoured. Prices are really reasonable. I'd definitely return and recommend. read more

Bings is the best! They are a steeple in the Mooresville community. I'm not sure when Bing started her restaurant here over by the high school but I remember stopping there when I was a kid. Always has been top notch food from top notch people! Mooresville 's you Bing! read more

The wife and I wanted some Chinese so we looked on Yelp and found Bing's Chinese in Moorseville, Indiana. From the outside, it looked very small and more like a takeout restaurant than a dine in however, they did have two large booths where you could dine in. the owner who took our order was very nice. She helped us with the menu, And actually talked with us a bit, extremely friendly. I ordered the hot and sour soup and Szechuan beef. You can get it, Mild, medium, hot or extra hot. I got it hot. My hot and sour soup was extremely good, but the Szechuan was probably the best I've ever had with all fresh ingredients, did I mention I got it hot I love hot and it was really really good, but boy did it make my nose run. I will probably get medium the next time, but it was delicious. My wife got the wonton soup and she said it was the best she had ever tasted. She also got an egg roll that she said was very good. The owner was very proud of her homemade hot mustard and brought some out. It was delicious, but be careful a little dabble will do you, it was so good. I had to take some home. We were so glad we tried this little place and as we go to Black Dog brewery in Moorseville quite frequently we now have a Chinese place for takeout when going home from black dog. We will definitely come back. If you are from Mooresville then you may already be familiar with Bing's Chinese food. They used to own Hong Kong Restaurant back in the day but now operate out of a take out only location in the same building as Ward's way down on the very end by Gray's. The inside is spacious for customers with some seating to wait for orders if placed on the premises. I placed my order and waited in a comfortable chair. I watched quite a few people coming in and going out with food orders. Business seemed steady for lunchtime on a Monday. I ordered the Pepper Steak with steamed rice and got two egg rolls for myself and two for my sister. The egg rolls were okay, a little more rice and less vegetables than I'm used to. The Pepper Steak was great. It was chocked full of steak bites and vegetables and onions. I love the way they cut up all the ingredients smaller than other Chinese restaurants to make eating each bit more efficient. You don't need a knife to cut up pieces of whatever to fit on your fork. As usual with most Chinese restaurants, the portions are big and I'll have another meal off this same order later today or tomorrow. I've found a new go to favorite for Chinese food. I went there hearing good things, but I have to say I was very disappointed. Got beef and broccoli and is was awful. The beef was Grey and tasteless, and the meal was just a huge disappointment.
