Want to give a 0 star but I have to put 1. Just stood in line for 15 minutes before closing only to be told by the employee she can't serve me or the other customer in line who had been waiting patiently for her to finish the family she was working on. Seems as if she went extra slow in making their order just to tell us she can't make any other orders after they close. She saw us standing here the entire time and never once said she may not be able to serve us after 9 pm. Poor Customer service!!! Understand it was almost closing but we didn't walk up at 8:55. What a cute little location! Looks brand new! They have really nice tables and umbrellas and restrooms. They have social distancing cones out currently. They have lots of parking. They have a fun giant chair for photos. This is a great stop on a hot summer day, and in Georgia, we have plenty of those. Prices are reasonable. Over 100 flavors. Options are endless! You can even add gummies or nerds. They have treats for your dog friend. Also, offer military and first responders a $1 discount. read more

First of all, they have an actual parking lot now. My tires and I thank you. It's been a while since we've been here, so I'm not sure when the gravel was replaced, but it was a nice surprise! They have a family deal for $10 including tax. You get 2 regular and 2 kiddie cones. That'd be perfect for a family of four when the cravings hit. I naturally had to start off the season with Honeydew. Sweet, pleasant, and a vivid green. I'd recommend that flavor if you're unsure what to try next. My family also recommends guava, strawberry and blue raspberry. The butterfly toppings got a thumbs down from both kiddos lol, they loved the iced though! (Employees didn't have masks on when we went, so if that's something that may bother you, just a heads up to be prepared. I love this place mainly for my son. They have photos of the kiddie options, which makes it fun for kids to see and order for themselves. They have a ton of flavors to choose from and can be overwhelming to some people. The one flavor I love is wedding cake. read more

I don't love Snoballs but my kid sure does. We came after a soccer game one night and bless the girl's heart that was working. She was young and the only one there so the line got long but she knocked it out. They have tons of flavors to choose from and my kid really enjoys trying a new flavor every time we go. read more

Perfect treat for an extremely hot day. First timer experience but I will definitely become a regular. There's so many options to choose from it's quite hard to decide. I tried the Frogger which is on the crowd's favorite list. It's so good. I was enjoying it so much that I forgot about the frog gummy in the middle of it. The sno cone isn't ice tasting at all which a bonus. Definitely worth going to for an ice cold treat with family, friends, kids, or just yourself. read more

Yay! So glad they are open again for the season. The girl at the window was so friendly. Flavors are always delicious & portions are large. I would usually think little of a simple snow cone but after passing this location at all hours on any day and seeing it remain so busy I have to admit I was intrigued and wanted to know why. I got in line beside the overwhelming board listing the flavor options. Even after waiting in line for 5 minutes I must confess I was no closer to my choice and made it on the fly at the register. I happily chose the cream flavor addition and must admit for frozen crushed water and sugar syrup these desserts were a welcomed treat. Even more so on a hot day. First off, WHY ISN'T THERE AT LEAST 1,000 REVIEWS OR TIPS ON THIS PLACE!?!?!? I literally live about 5 minutes from here so I pass it every time I come home and it is PACKED 90% of the time! Now that I got that out of my system. This place packs much flavor and sweetness for the entire area of Augusta. I always wanted to stop here, but I've been slacking because the lines are always so long. I finally caught an off hour when there was a small line, so I had to stop and support this local business. I ordered Fruity Pebbles and my wife ordered the Shark bite. They were both delicious treats. The pricing is great! Plus they offer Military discounts which makes it even more worthwhile. Nice people that have good conversations and are all about customer service! When we arrived no one else was there so we thought we'd get more assistance after sharing that we were new to Pelicans and it was obvious that we were unfamiliar with the process. We didn't really get that help. We loved that there were a ton of flavor choices. At the end of the day, no flavor stood out for anyone as delicious. Shaved ice with great flavor! When I walked in I expected it to be a regular shaved ice you see at fairs and festivals but boy was I mistaken! They have so many flavors I was actually overwhelmed and decided to go with strawberry and mango. You can also add toppings. I went with a kids cup with no toppings. The kids cup was not small especially when the top it with a mound of more shaved ice after they fill the cup. They have three different sizes of shaved ice .The shaved ice tasted just like mangos and strawberry. It was delicious. My friend got the wedding cake flavor and it tasted just like a cake... These were a treat we would have to wait all year long for on our annual Louisiana to trip, but now the wait is over! Pelican's snoballs did not disappoint at all! The guy taking our order was super friendly! The sizes are very generous and I think the prices are actually pretty cheap for how much you get. Today I tried the pralines and added cream. To my surprise, I was thoroughly impressed. I expected a normal snow cone but got a delicious, extravagant creation of a dessert instead. There are so many options including sour spray, cream, and gummies, not to mention 100 base flavors. I ordered key lime pie and my boyfriend got rainbow with added sour spray. Both were amazing! And not to mention cheap and relatively low calorie. We will definitely be back to try more flavors and creations! read more

Over 100 flavors. I've tried a couple and they were both amazing. This is the snow type ice and not the crunchy kind. The owners seem to really have a passion for what they are doing. This place is amazing. You get very generous servings too. I tried the cake and chocolate cream and it was omg delicious! With so many flavors I will definitely return to try more combinations. Also military, police, firemen and Batman get $1 off of the already great price. Just be prepared to wait on the line that's always there. It's well worth the wait! Great snoballs for a great price! I drove up from Summerville with my dog and they even have pup cups! It's a small scoop of shaved ice that you can flavor with a milkbone on top. The man working the window was so nice too. I definitely recommend!! read more
