Finally after having three electricians come out and bumble around doing a half assed job, I finally went to google and found that Firefly Electricians was the highest rated for the area and called him out for the problem that nobody else seem to be able to fix. Randy came out and had everything fixed and explained what he did, which he did very thoroughly and methodically, in about two hours for less than $200. I have high confidence that this will work. I was blown away not only by the quote being less than over 1/2 the price of the other quotes I had received but also by the honesty of Jeremy. The other companies I had received quotes from had used scare tactics to try and persuade us to hire them for electrical work that would have been completely unnecessary. I am extremely grateful for Jeremy for being upfront and honest about the costs and necessary work needed to be performed at my house. He saved us thousands of dollars. With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! Have contacted them twice to get this rectified, and they could not care less. Do not pay them in full until you pass the inspection. After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. I will continue to call every week until we pass inspection. I will have them do the fall check and move on to someone else. The longer it takes them to rectify, the lower their rating will get. They were informed that the pool has not been used for over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber's putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work with a $100 discount.
