When we bought our house way back in 2002, it had an un-permitted additional bedroom that took up…read morepart of the garage. We had the realtor get that removed for us - but for some reason, they left the odd little 'alcove' that had been created by needing a separate entry into the garage. We lived with it for another nineteen years! Finally we decided to get some quotes to just remove it and move the door back to the original position. The first quote was just crazy. Painting, adding trim, and the quote mysteriously included 'moving electrical service', when there was no wiring in the little space. And the price too was crazy. It's a garage for pete's sake, we don't need painting and trim! Got ahold of Mario. He came out, gave it a look-see, and just a couple of hours later the 'alcove' was gone, the door was back in place, and the cost was 100% appropriate for the relatively small task it was. Plus, he's a great guy, always a bonus! Highly recommended!
