I was feely mighty ambitious and thrifty when I called Krystal Glass to ask for a consultation regarding a big mirror project at my new dance studio. Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Jimmy and his team handled my many requests promptly, with kindness, patience and professionalism. I will be back with any and all of my glass needs and I will also be providing referrals. The lady that rung me up told me if I have any problems to let them know. As soon as I drove off I pulled over down the street and took a look at the window and noticed that on one side it looked great but on the other red clips were showing. I've never seen this before on any windows. In addition, my cowel was cracked- it was never cracked before. The top of the window had small gaps and it looked messy. He also left greasy fingerprints everywhere. And I just noticed he scratched the interior of my car. I'm so upset. This is so messed up. Anybody that looked at the window would think I replaced it because it doesn't look professional at all. I turned around after noticing all of these issues and brought it to their attention. I was advised, oh those are just clips, no big deal, don't worry about it. I brought my car to an auto glass repair shop in Fall River to get a second opinion. He looked at it and said it was put together poorly. He actually started snapping it back together in some places. I asked him if he could fix it and he offered to do the entire job over for $300. He told me to call my automaker For a new cowel and we would replace it, I did and that costs $200-300! I'm very disappointed and I will never go here again. I do not recommend anyone going to this place to get their windshields replaced or fixed. I'm now spending triple the money to get this repaired professionally.

We 'were' extremely impressed with our Renewal by Anderson Rep who came out to give us his sales…read morepitch. I expressed the fact that I hate having a bar in dead center of our entry door winder and screen doors so that is why we picked a particular style. After completing our order, he gave us a suggested install date of June (our order was placed in April). We got notified that our 'install' date was late July, okay that is fine. On install date we were told our front entry door is on back order, okay fine. When i got home i noticed the screen door had a bar in dead center which basically ruins the ecstatic of the door we picked out. Contacted our sales rep, got the run around with him and was told/promised he would find a solution - NOT. Spoke with our concierge and he sent our issue up the pipeline to try to get this issue rectified - again NOT. Our sales rep called us after and basically gave us an attitude because our issue went up the pipeline. He asked me to just deal with him, which i did and when i didn't hear anything for a month i reached out to him, i was less than pleased with his response. He basically just told me "i am in the air right how, I can not help you." - that is where our communication stopped, never heard from him again. We were given another concierge due to all of our issues, fine okay whatever needs to happen to get this job completed. Finally we were given an completion install date at the end of Oct. The day, the morning of to be exact, we get a call from the install tech (he was really nice) informing us they are having trouble locating all the necessary parts to complete the install so they will need to reschedule AGAIN. So here we are waiting for another install date, I did express the fact that i want this project completed before the Holidays so lets see what happens, especially since their system shows they have the necessary parts - they just can't locate them. SMH. I am beyond annoyed with this company - the product is great, the install crew was amazing BUT unfortunately the experience of the whole project cluster has tainted our view of the company. We still have 15 windows to get replaced and we will not be using Renewal by Anderson going forward. *The only saving grace is that i have stayed in constant contact with the finance company and they are not releasing a penny to Renewal by Anderson until this job is totally completed.

I'm 75 years old and not in great health so I fell for the saturation advertising . I have 5 new windows installed , the least expensive ones they offered for $2,329.00 each . 300 percent more than a top contractor would charge for the same window ! They are a bunch of high paid bullshiters all looking for excellent reviews . The install crew did all the work , they were Ukrainian and the only ones who did anything , they worked hard . If your smart enough to read this review [ I wasn't ]do yourself a favor and run from Renewal by Anderson . They screw senior citizens !
