We also enjoyed their breakfast option on Media Noche bread. Its a sweeter bread than the traditional cuban bread they use for sandwiches. Also if they have them in the case you must order the fried Yucca that is stuffed with meat and cheese. Just an FYI the sandwiches might take a little while, especially if they have other customers inside. So be sure to come here for breakfast if you have the time wait. If not you can always get pastries to go. There is also an assortment of desserts, from flan cheesecake to a cookie butter cake to try.

He understood what I meant and made me a delicious coffee. I had a ham n cheese empanada (baked). It tasted really good for breakfast because it wasn't greasy. I should have gotten a second one. I got a Media Noche, the sandwich had really good flavor and the bread was really sweet. The meat inside the sandwich was thick cut, which I am not used to having in a Cuban sandwich but it was very delicious. I liked the little crispy fries to eat with the sandwich. Finally, I got a guava/cheese pastelito which was good as well".

She was unwelcoming and acted like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. The food was mediocre at best. The rice was bland and the pork was dry and hard. Nothing else we ate stood out but I would have considered giving this place another chance to try other items on the menu but after the way we were treated i have no interest in returning.

I ordered a large with Ropa Vieja, Yucca, Black Beans, and Coconut Rice. I love Cuban food and the portion was massive, however, I was disappointed. The Ropa Vieja was tender but watery, the yucca was soft but bland and a little chewy, and the beans lacked any seasoning. I liked the rice: savory with a hint of sweetness. The best word to describe the food was edible.
