We were going to get Chipotle and then I said "let me check Yelp for a local spot" and found Two Cuban Guy's. Glad I did. Plenty of spots nearby to park. You walk up a short ramp and into a small almost like indoor food truck. There are like 3-4 tables. We got ours to go. But the place seemed quiet. Service was fast and friendly. We got 3 Cuban sandwiches. They were excellent. Only knock, the meat portion seemed light. I would pay more for more meat. If I ever get back, I'll see if they have a meat adder. Every time I travel to Florida I look for a Cuban place the get my Cuban coffee and sandwich fill. This place did not disappoint! The pork was so moist and it made the sandwich top my chart of best Cuban sandwich. He asked how sweet I wanted my coffee so it was adjusted to my liking. Ordered takeaway Cuban sandwiches and A Taste of Cuba dinner to bring home to my Cuban in-laws; sorry to say that the food won't make it to their house. Best seasoned pork I've ever tasted and the black beans and rice are just as delicious. The Cuban sandwiches are perfectly stacked with meat, cheese and pickles. Perfect lunch in Lake City, Fl. I've been following these guys on social media for a few years and finally had a chance to stop in. Amazing food. Perfectly marinated pork, black beans and rice. Some of the best Cuban food I have eaten. It's a truck, attached to a deck with about 4 or 5 small tables. Walk up order and food was ready in minutes. Met the owner and family. They're small, across from Walmart, and service consists of giving your order to the person who will then prepare it. And preparation may take a bit, depending on how busy they are. But the food is so worth it! Their panini have so much flavor, don't plan to share one, plan to eat more and then exercise more! Order ahead to keep your wait time to a minimum. read more
